I am so glad to hear from you girl. Sounds like you are really in a rut lady. You need to pull yourself out. I love the contest idea maybe you guys could campaign for tops member of the year which would be the one that loses the most weight during this campaign. You can really have a lot of fun with that one. Good thinking. I know you can do this. I know you are overwhelmed. I was also until I just stopped and said enough is enough. I know what I have to do and I will just do it because it is what I am supposed to do. I was heading down the same track you are on. I know in a way how you are feeling. Of course you have a lot more on your plate then mine. I know they say God only gives what we can handle. I have often thought of that and in the end now I know I can handle it if I allow myself to. Trying how to fit it all in is the hard part. You can do this because you did this before. You are a beautiful person inside and out. We want you healthy and around for a lot longer. So let us help you. Get here and just vent if you have to. That is another thing you don't have anyone to just vent to. You have a lot bottled up inside you emotions, feelings and everything else. Get it all out of you. Write if you have to that is what I did and a load was lifted. It will help you to. No your situation won't change but you will feel more in control which is the start you need right now. Love you lady. Hang in there and I am here for you. My long distance was shut off so I can't call right now. But I will as soon as I can.

You look great girl. You don't look like you have had 3 kids. I know you have your off days but you are doing good. Just think you have more on days then off ones and that is what counts. Keep up the great work.

Hi haven't heard from you in awhile. So what is your new job you are training for? Do you like it? The exercise will help. That is great that you are making time for you. You need that we all do. Keep it up.

How are you doing girl? Sounds like you are getting things done and having fun. You do need more sleep. You are doing great on plan keep it up. As for your stomach as you lose fat it will go down. I heard this somewhere before not sure where. I was surprised. It said we all have a six pack under there. It is the fat that is on top of the muscle that makes us have a big stomach. No amount of exercise is going to take it away unless we cut down on the fat. So eating properly and doing the exercises will get you to where you want to be.

As for me I had a good productive weekend. I actually cleaned and organized the boys room and hauled out and did just about all the laundry. spent quality time with megan also. She needed that and so didn't I. Jesse and Ben are sick. I think it is just their teeth. All 3 are teething. megan is getting her molars in. She is fine no complaining the boys are running fevers and jesse is all congested from it and chewing on everything and drooling up a storm. I think he is going to get teeth early. I felt great. I did a exercise tape on sat and this morning. I am going to start doing the tape at least 3 days a week if not more. I feel the best today then I have in a long time. Eating on plan also. I should be back down this week after gaining so much last week.
