I'm just sort of wondering where everyone is? Still on holiday? I hope everyone had a great 4th. I did..it's my favorite holiday!

We had a great time seeing Styx's perform before the fireworks; those were really great too. They were set to music and they lasted for 45 minutes.

We had to walk 2 miles from where we parked to the park; I could've take the shuttle, but I wanted to get in some exercise, so I choose to walk.

Well, it's about time to get the dishes done and then head to the Y for a workout.

Just wanted to check in. Hope to see more people on the boards.

Hi Susie,

I guess everyone is still busy from the weekend. Hope you had a good one! We just got back from a busy 4 days at the lake. Two grandsons, 14 & 17...the 12 more friends and relatives came the 4th! My son in law fried fish, hush puppies, french fries and I made salads on Sun.! Friends brought ice cream freezer and made ice cream after dinner. Then we watched fireworks show from the water front. Beautiful! But with so much food I have to really get back on track. I did not do too bad, food wise, until the 4th. But I was totally out of control. Ate too much fried food! And I won't be in town to weigh in on Thursday, so I have to get back in control and down a couple of pounds before I have to face the scales at TOPS again.

Penny, glad you had a good trip.

Hey Girl! I came here a couple times to post but I never made it...... grrrrr......
You are doing awesome! Congrats on all the exercise you are getting in!

I am doing so-so. I have gained back a couple pounds but I am not fretting. I am back on track and doing great today.

How is everyone else doing?

I am still here too! But I won't be after today as I have some vacation time I am using this week from wednesday thru sunday and I can't access this site from home for some reason. So, unless I go over to a friend's house that has the internet I won't be posting again until next Monday. I am planning to use these days to kick myself into gear and get on track and on plan. I won't have any excuses!
