Goals for the week of April 2nd

  • Hi Everyone! I am trying to think of something I really need to work on for my goal this week. I think the only thing that I have been doing lately is eating junk food at work. We have a whole rack of chips, chocolate candy bars, crackers, candy...... you name it. And it is very tempting throughout the day. But This is my goal for the week:

    NO JUNK FOOD AT WORK!

  • My goal will be getting back to the basics......and just getting on my exercise bike and doing some riding. I think the amounts will be varying and I will report back as to how I do.

  • Because of a variety of things my exercising has not been good the last week.Not eating after 8 has been easy as I go to bed not long after 8: So I will try to get back on track with exercising
  • Hi Everyone! I just wanted to check in for myself because I am proud. I did great yesterday! Not one ounce of junk food at work. I actually had a dream last night that I was eating junk food and blew my goal this week.....lol Go figure. I think food doesn't stick to your thighs in a dream??? Does it?........LOL Take care

  • Hi Everyone! I am trying hard to stay away from junk. I stayed op all day yesterday and it felt good. I am going to again today. But we just got in some new chips that are my favorite. So I am trying hard but I think I will eventually eat them because if not I will go crazy. You know sometime you have to have it if you want it that bad and then your fine. Well Take care Penny
  • Hi Everyone! I did end up eating 3/4 of a bag that is only 7/8 oz. so it is the baby bag. I feel better now and they were not even that good..... Penny

    Penny that is great at least you didn't eat the whole bag right?LOL
    Eleni I hope everything is well with the exercise. That is great that you want to get back on track with that. You to summer. That is great. I know how hard it is when you get sidetracked and you stop doing your routine and then try to get back to it.
    Don't worry ladies we are all here for you and I know you will do great.

    I am not having a good day today. I am only 1/2 pt away from max pts for the day and I am starving. Actually I should think about what I am feeling. Right? I am very tired today and I didn't eat until late 2:45 for lunch. I think that I am just tired and not really hungry. I am going to drink my water and get to bed early tonight. I think that is the best choice.

    My goal for the week is no junk food. So far I have done great this week also. I have had no junk food at all. I just have to keep it up. When I get through tonight it will be better.

    I'm back from vacation. I had a 2 and 1/2 pound gain while I was on vacation. That wasn't a surprise but I'll do better next week. It's double fines.
  • weight report for week of april 9th
    I lost half of the weight I gained while I was on vacation. I gained 2.5 pounds and lost 1.25.
