  • Hi Linlyn,
    My weighin's are on Thursday's so tonight is my meeting night, however, I'm going to miss the meeting because my family and friends are going out to dinner for my birthday (which is Monday); however, I always weigh myself on my scales at home to see what they say as compared to the scales at the meeting, that way I can sort of keep track of the numbers. My scales at home are saying they stayed the same, so that's what I'll go with.

    I'm going to work really hard this week to get at least that one pound off and be at a 25 lb loss.

  • My goal is just to end the month with a loss. I would really like to lose 5 lbs. but any loss will do.

    June 04....+.25 Not a good start, but I will try harder.

    June 25....Sorry ladies, but I had a gain every week this month. Ended the month with a 2 lb. gain.I really hope that I can get back on plan and do better next month.
