Good morning ,Weigh in did not go good for me. I was expecting a gain and I had a gain. But I should have it off by next week.
We had a good meeting last night.. We honored our newest Kop Joanne.She told us about her journey to goal. Being her sister I know it has been a long struggle but she has done a great job.Then we had a very informal discussion.It was a very relaxed meeting.
I am sure glad it is friday.It was not a good week. I never touched my art work not once all week. I just haven't been in the mood.I am not sure I will go to my class tomorrow.Sometimes we just need a break period.
Well nothing new for me. Have a good and safe weekend.

When I weighed in this week on thursday am I was down 2.5 lbs. I was hoping for more but I'll take that for sure. That was over 2 weeks as I was sick the week before and could not go. I hope everyone had a good week!

I agree with you Eleni that we all need a break sometimes. I do a lot of x-stitch and I have to stop now and then for a week or so and then I start up again looking forward to it each day.

Gradually going to start doing scrapbooking too. I am in the process of picking up materials now.
