Hey Penny,

I agree with you girl. We need more people here. I am sure it is due to the fact you are off track but that is the best time to be here so we can support each other. Remember we are here for the long haul in the good and the bad. I know we have a lot of lurkers out there. Get here and tell us what is happening with you. You know we are more then just our diet. We have lives as well. Lets here about what is going on in your life.

I made out great yesterday. I was up 1 lb on their scale but I will get that back off. It isn't bad I know first gain in over 2 months at the doctors. But the little one gained another 2 lbs 3 oz. He is up to 5 lbs 3 oz. now. So he is gaining and I am not.
Next week I am home alone and I am going to rest all week and keep my feet up to help the swelling it is getting bad again. I am going to start drinking my 3 cups of water a day to. I am not getting enough water that is for sure so that will help with the swelling and the sugar.
Not much else going on here. Tomorrow night megan and I are going to a pops concert at the school. My nephews are in it. The bands and the choruses sing and play throughout the night and the kids serve you at the table pie, coffee, soda and water. It is really nice. I used to be in it when I was in school. I took megan last year she loved it. She loves music so it is girls night out tomorrow and john is spending quality time with his son.LOL

Penny keep up the great work. Your garden is beautiful. The picture was dark but I could still see it. You do great work. Want to come do mine. I know it takes a lot of work to do what you did.

Not off track Just busy. I have to help with a TOPS workshop tomorrow and just have a lot to do. The weather is beautiful here . Cool at night but warms up each day. My chapter is getting bigger and bigger.I have had a lot of ex members returning and new members both. Once a TOPPER Always a topper. Gotta go Take care of your self Sherri.

Hello, everyone!
No, I'm not off program. It is just a busy time. Plus we (my chapter) are busy getting ready to leave for SRD. We are having installation next week.
We have 14 going this year.

Eleni, sounds like you are doing a good job as leader. New members...that's good. Congratulations! Thanks for the card...I appreciated it. And yes, I did have a very good birthday. Celebrated all week end and still had 2 1/2 # loss. I really had to work at it, though. I am trying to get down to 7 under before SRD. Our Area Captain challenged me and I really want to do it!

There is a retreat in LA this fall. Is anyone going? It sounds like fun. There is one closer to where I live but I have never attended one with Teri Ord. And I have with Imogene Welch. She is really good...so much fun. And a really nice person. But would like to see how Teri does it. Each one is different. How about meeting me there????
