Good morning I am up early this morning. It was not my plan but thats ok.I have things to get done before class this morning. Yesterday was a very good day. A very good day in deed. Ended the day by have dinner with my oldest son.Just the two of us.A very rare thing. He is usually a very quiet man but was vey talkative. It was one of those good memories you save.
I am trying to watch what I eat as I will be eating out a lot.In fact for next 3 days I will be eating lunch and supper out each day. If I manage a loss I will certainly reward myself next week.
I can hear birds singing outside my window right now.A nice sound . And a good sign the day is starting out good.

Hugs to you! It sounds like a very nice weekend! Are you and Bill going to do anything special? I am so glad things went so well with your son last night! I know one day my boys will grow up and I will be the same way. I treasure the moments we have together now.

My scale said 173 this morning so things are still going great! I know it won't last but a couple more days b/c I go on the Phase II where I put in my whole grain cereals or breads and fruit. But I will take the loss.

I had 2 different dates down for your birthday yesterday and this monday. Wasn't sure which it was but guess it was yesterday. Sorry I missed it. Been having problems with my browser so can't get to this site and my mail site very often. Glad you had a great dinner with your son. Sounds like it was a memerable night for you. You had so many good things happen to you for your birthday. I am glad you deserve them. I am sending something your way as well. It will go out monday need to get a box for it. After you get done celebrating you can get back on track again.
Congrats on being leader again. Like I said before you make a great leader and sounds like your group is doing great. I like the idea of sharing things to learn more about the others in the group it makes it more like friends. Keep up all the great work and continue having fun this weekend with all your outings planned. Hope class goes well for you.

You are doing awesome on your plan. Sounds like you are going into phase II with a neg attitude girl. Just because you will be adding things to your diet doesn't mean you have to gain weight. You are doing great with the walking and the eating. Keep it up. Just think 8 lbs gone forever this time. I know you will reach your goal this time. You have found a plan that works for you and that is the most important thing because it is a life time plan not short term.

How are you doing on your plan?

As for me I am doing great. I changed my theme for the baby's room from Care Bears to Winnie the Pooh and friends. I felt that the care bears were more for a girl. So I exchanged the crib set I had yesterday for the winnie the pooh theme. I am going to get the stickers for the walls today and will put them up this weekend. That will make the room look more like a baby's room. Can't wait to get the crib so I can set it up. Going to borrow my cousins crib. Did some cleaning finally the other night in the kitchen it looked so nice when I was finished it really needed it. I am going to work on things this week and get my house in order again. I was out and about most of the week with a couple of friends and did some errands. It felt great to get out of the house for a change alone instead of being cooped up.
Not much else happening here still maintaining my weight at 214. I was up to 215 yesterday and back down to 213 today. So I am trying really hard to keep to 214 as long as I can. So far I have only gained 16 lbs for the pregnancy and that is a great accomplishment. I am hoping to end the pregnancy with a loss from where I started. We will see 9 weeks left.
