Penny, I'm ready for a new start. Actually, I started a week ago. I've been trying the south beach diet and one thing I have learned is that I am NOT a low carber. I have one more week to go on the Phase I, then I can have fruit and some cereals. I can handle it for another week. And I REALLY want to take off the 10 lbs. that I gained back during the holidays.
It really does help to come here and post. Let's all get back on track and give each other the encouragement that we need.
