Saturday Evening
Hi Ladies,
Mima just wanted to say congrats on reaching your goal. It wasn't just 10 lbs it was what you needed to lose to get to where you want to be. I am very proud of you. Now is the even harder part at staying at goal. I know you can do it. How is your new group going? How many members do you have?

Great idea for the goal thread. You guys have a lot of great goals going for you. I hope you will continue with your goal and you can do this. You did it before I know you can do it again. I am just concentrating on my sugar levels and what I eat. So I don't want to add any goals to what I am doing. I am having a challange just keeping the eating where it should be and not overeat from stress or by just saying to heck with everything. I hope all is well with you.

Shelves always help you to get organized. I hope you finished the basement this weekend like you wanted to. Did you find some shelving for the basement? Sounds like you are doing well to. Keep up the great work.

Sounds like you want to get back on track to. Have you been off plan for long girl? You were doing so well. I know you can do this girl just get determined. You have already lost so much to get closer to your goal. Keep going don't give up and start going the other way.
As for me. Things are going well. It felt nice to just really do nothing today. I did get the laundry done and my bed changed and the grocery shopping done. But other then that I watched 2 movies I rented last night. Daddy Daycare and The Rookie. They were both very good. I also rented 2 weeks notice and watched that last night. That was good to.
We have ben tomorrow I guess we will see. We are supposed to have him for the weekend next weekend which is my birthday on saturday. I informed john tonight that if we are going to have him he better take saturday off and not work because I am not going to babysit all day on my birthday. Probably won't do anything that day. That is why I treated myself to the trip to NYC which I go on wednesday this week. I can't wait to see the show I know it will be great. Just hope it doesn't rain. They are calling for rain as of now but it can change.
