I thought I might try something new here. I have been struggling the last couple of weeks and I ended up internalizing it and not feeling good about me. So, I started writing everything down - goals, problems, steps I can do to get my goals etc. And it seems to have worked a little. I feel better after having done that and I can plainly see what were my real "problems" and now I can work at fixing them.
What things do you guys do when you get off track? How do you stay motivated, not only with your plans, but with yourself? Maybe if we share some of this stuff we can help each other out by giving someone some ideas if they are struggling.
