I have been reading it and am very impressed with what he is saying. I'm going to use the quizzes he has in it as programs for my tops chapter.

I thought someone set up a review for Dr. Phil's book. Are they still doing that, have I just lost something somewhere? I would like to know where others are in the book and what their opinions are. I think it would be interesting.

I have had the book for several months but I find it difficult to understand and follow. He's making money, hand over fist on this UWL plan and his products he sells. I wonder if the CD would be easier to understand? Or do they have an audio cd of it? Don't misunderstand me, because I do like him and watch his show as often as possible. How do all of those people that were selected for those two teams manage to go to his "boot camp" and how do they manage to get to the show so often. Wonder if he picks up the tab for everything? Wished I'd been on the receiving end of some of the exercise equipment he gave to each of those team members! Boy, wouldn't that be nice? Did he ever fix Thomas up with a date?
