Hi Ladies,

I know this is going to be a great week for losses. I am back on track and I know that all of you are doing well also.

We are going to win this challange. Just think how much we have all lost so far since we have started.

Hi Everyone,

I lost 2 1/2 lbs this week. Congratulations to everyone. We had a great week. No gains this week at all. We are moving closer to winning the challange.
