Morning all it is wet here today.
I didn't get too good news yesterday from the new girl. I had the impretion she was staying but I don't think she is. She told my boss she would help out. She needs more money and health ins in which he can't provide that. He jumped into it thinking she was staying. She emailed him yesterday about it so we will see what happens. It is too bad to because I really liked her. I found a program in which I think she can get ins. they are supposed to be calling me back but that won't help with the money. She wants $10.00 an hour and that is what I just went up to and she just started. So we will see what they come up with. Might have to start training someone else.
I didn't tape dr phil yesterday. I got busy here getting ready and helping megan get ready for school and I forgot.

Summer as far as the church lady goes I know who you are talking about I only saw her once my brother loved her and would immitate her.
The apology she made was a joke. She never came out and apologized for the way she has been treating the people. She put it on the congregation to work together to make changes. A lot of people weren't impressed with what she said. So we will see what happens there. The board has another meeting tonight about it. My dad was lucky enough to sign up for that board this last time and is on it for 3 years min.LOL I was going to be but I took another position and gave that one to him. Boy am I glad I did.LOL He isn't.

You can do this. Like you said start today fresh and make the right choices. We all have it in us to do this it is just finding the strength and the willpower and spirit to do it.

The stress test was awful. He gave me meds that simulated exercise. Awful. I thought my head was going to explode and my chest felt like I was having a heart attack. It was like that for the longest 6 minutes I ever went thru. Then later the actual stress test was no fun. You have to lay flat (which I do not do well) for 25 minutes with left arm in a strap over your head. Everything goes to sleep and my right shoulder that has been hurt for weeks was throbbing. This had to be done twice. Between them I laid back in my truck in parking lot and took a short nap. It totally wiped me out. The rest helped me when I went back for the 2nd test.Bill was sitting in waiting room when I finished. He had gotten worried about me. I told you he was the best. I feel fine now. I stopped at Wal-Mart and got a finch birdfeeder and then came home and mixed up my birdfeed.
I left and started doing housework and forgot I was writing this. I am feeling better this afternoon than I have in days for some reason. Doc said if this new med works he will take me off two of my others. So it will end up being one less pill. I will take that.
I really felt lousy yesterday. I found out why this morning. I was now 8# overnight. I was water logged yesterday. Not good. But I am fine now. Hopefully I can get turned around.
