Well last day of the week then we can relax for a couple of days. Most have a 3 day weekend that is going to be nice.

I found out last night that I am pregnant so I am happy about that. But I still have to stay on plan though. I have a check up on thursday so I will have it verified then.

I hope everyone has a great day. Remember to put you first you are the most important person here.

I am having a yard sale tomorrow so I will be getting ready for it tonight. Megan has a sleepover party to go to. She is excited about that.

Hello everyone
Well it is another stormy day here. Had a storm this morn. Suppose to be clear for a couple of hours and then some more storms headed our way. So I thought I would get on here for a couple of minutes. See how everyone is doing. Not alot happening here. Son comes home today. Dad went and is bringing him home today. Making some beef stew for supper. Not real sure what time they will get home. I figure around 6:00 pm tonight. Just depends on the weather and traffic. But I thought beef stew would be a healthy dinner. Using lean meat. Trimmed of all fat. Other than that that is about all that is happening. Done some dishes and folded some towels. Need to pick up some stuff. Old junk mail things like that. And pick up the dogs toys. She is worse than a kid. She drags her stuff out. But dont put it back. At least with a child. They can pick their stuff up. Well it is starting to look awful stormy. So I better get off here for now. I will try and check in later. Just want to let everyone know that I am thinking of you. And hope that you have a great weekend.

Well, another week almost down the tubes. Where, oh where does the time go???????

Dear Sherri, I know you wanted to get pregnant, so I wish you a wonderful healthy pregnancy! Make sure you take good care of yourself. You have alot around you that may cause problems, but I hope all goes well. Are you planning on keeping your job....or is John going to 'control' you again? I care so much about you and I am worried that things are going to go back to the way they were. Here is a hug for you. Hope you do well on your yard sale too.

Nita, what a GREAT loss you had in Aug!!! How far are you from goal? Keep up your FOCUS.........YOU GOT IT GOIN!!!!!!

My eating is still so-so. I was able to get out and do a 2.5 mile walk today and it felt GREAT!!!! The air is having the feel of fall in it and I'm not looking forward to months of cold and snow again. The trees should start turning anyday now. Our lows have been low to mid 30's. ELENI AND NITA.................SEND ME SOME WARMTH!!!!!!! I'll let you know when the first snow falls around us.

We are hoping my MIL does ok this weekend with twice a day calls instead of seeing her. There is just too much we need to do and can't get away. Cleaning our woodstove pipes is a biggie before we make fires again and I have been wanting to clean the carpets all summer before everyone starts coming to the house again. I will be thrilled if both can get done........but that is ALOT with everything else I/we have to do daily.

To answer your question NO I am not going to let him control me again. That isn't happening ever again girl. I am making sure of that. I am keeping my job and told my boss today. I thought I might lose my job if I got pregnant because there isn't anyone to cover for me. But he said don't worry about it he wanted to get coverage in the office anyway. So that was a huge relief.
Starting next week I will be making $10.00 an hour. I have only made that at a job once in my life before. So I am thrilled that I am at this point again and the paychecks are great. The bills can finally get paid like they should and we are strapped. Just have to catch up from slacking this summer. Spent all my money camping but I had fun and it was worth it.LOL I am taking control in my life and I am getting what I want for a change and it feels great to have some control back again and have something work out that I wanted so badly. I have no idea if it was the right decision but it is what I wanted and I feel that if it wasn't meant to be then it wouldn't have happened. Things are starting to look up for the first time in a long time.

How was the stew tonight? I got some cans of soup tonight that are only 4 pts for the whole can. They are the campbells 98% ff soup. Beef soup and clam chower. They should be good. I am going to have them this week at work for lunch and save $8.00 a day for lunch. I am doing well keeping to my plan. It is easier now to stay on plan as well.

Hope you all had a great day. I am getting rid of all the pants that don't fit me. I figure now that I will be gaining weight it will be a long time before I am down 3 sizes or more. So I am going to part with them and then when I need them in the future I will buy more. I am trying to clean out everything. I am getting rid of my exercise bike that I have. But keeping the recumbent bike and the weight machine. I hope I sell it all. I will put low prices on everything. I will tell people to make me an offer.
