Joanne... Welcome! You might try the TOPS web site. They have a message board there and someone may be able to help you. The address is: www.tops.org
After you have tried the Nutribase, I would like to hear how you like it and how it works. I have a program similar to Nutribase. Mine is Balancelog from healthe-tech. I got it before TOPS came out with Nutribase. It has been a big help to me this year. I have been logging everything I eat into it and have only had 2 gains since I got the program and those two gains were a quarter pound each. On this one you put in your data and it keeps records of everything on the food label and you also log your exercise and it lets you know if you need to exercise more to burn off the days worth of calories. I would like to hear more about Nutribase, so I can compare it to the one that I have and recomend it to our TOPS chapter.

hi joe anne, I have the software. When you first start you put in a goal weight, I haven't used my much. YOu should be able to put your weight in when you log on, once a day or once a week. Not sure exactly when, because it's been so long since i've used the software. Also if you go under user, and edit a weight information you can make changes there. But this is pretty much set up on your first weigh in. You can also add a user, but the current weight that you start at on each user is the weight that will stay in the data base, and then you make adjustments there.
I hope i helped some.
