It could be the way you are standing on the treadmill. You shouldn't hang on to the sides and lean pressure on them. You should be standing up tall and straight while walking on them. Maybe this will help you. I used to have a treadmill and I know when you get tired it is easy to hang on the sides and slump and not stand tall.
But that is great that you are walking inside when you can't get to the beach. Have you seen a lot of improvements since you have been walking? Are you getting less tired when doing it?

It sounds like things are really going well for you. You are doing a great job. I emailed the 3fatchicks about the buddy list but still haven't heard anything. So I don't know how to use it. How did you get the picture under your name? I tried to do it yesterday but they asked for a url address and I didn't know what to put in there.
Today is the first day of me being back on plan. I am ready to go. I do have one more tape to listen to but I did listen to 3 of them. I got a lot out of them. I would suggest this book or tapes to anyone. It is called Life Strategies by Phillip McGraw. He is very good. I look forward to listening to the last tape. I will do that today hopefully.
Well I have to go exercise and then take my daughter to gymnastics class. It is a parent tott class so I get a workout also.LOL She loves it and is good at it. She is only 2 1/2 but she loves going.
