Good Morning Ladies
Well it is really cloudy here today. And we are in a flood watch until 4:00pm. So hopefully it dont rain too much. Because today is the cookout for my son. We were going to cook the chicken over a open fire. But guess that probably wont happen. So Dad is taking his grill up to the farm. I guess we will use that. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that it doesnt rain. All I have to cook right now is the rigitonis and the bake beans. Have been packing things up to take. Plates, cups, plastic ware ect. So hopefully the rain holds off.
FLGAL Hows the eating so far today. I had a english muffin with 2% cheese and egg and candian bacon. I am going to try and be good the rest of the day. Then I will be able to eat. I am still going to try and stick with my menu plan. Some chicken, some rigitons and a tablespoon mac salad. Pass on the cake. But eat fruit salad instead. I am sure you will get back on track. I know you can do this. Just think of all the new clothes that you will be able to get. That will be fun. I cant wait until I can lose enough so I can get some new clothes. Have a great day.
