Hi all,

Just wanted to stop in and say hi. The party was yesterday and it rained all day. But even though everyone was soaked mostly the kids they all said it was the greatest party ever. Most of the day the kids were on the trampoline. I could have saved money and not gotten the bouncy bounce. But they went back and forth between the two. Didn't realize I was getting the trampoline when I got the bouncy bounce. Oh well.
We had 18-20 kids and the rest were adult. We had about 45 people come. It was great and everyone had a great time. I took friday off work to start getting the food ready. I just got finished cleaning up. Actually I still have to mop my floors and pick up the kitchen table. But I don't feel like doing a thing I am exhausted. It has been a long week getting the house and yard in order for the party. Now I can relax a little.

I will join you and coco to stay on plan for the week. My objective for the week is to stay away from junk food. I have realized that when we are eating junk food of any kind we just aren't living. By that I mean if we sit down and eat a 1/2 of a 1/2 gal of ice cream in one sitting then there certainly is something else more constructive that we are doing with our time. I am going to try the living approach for a month and not weigh in every day. I will only weigh in once a week and I weighed this morning at 193 so I am way back up there. But I am going to keep myself busy and playing with megan on the trampoline this week. You really get your heart rate up jumping on that thing. I couldn't believe it. So that will be my workout/playtime. I figure if I am busy riding bikes with megan or using the trampoline or anything else like cleaning or whatever or focusing on my work at work and not snacking there then I will be living a happier, fuller life. AND saving a ton of calories so I should lose the weight.

How was the cookout yesterday? Are you going to start back on Plan today with me and nita? I am going to try and make it a point to check in here everyday now that the party is over.

Penny is due to have her baby soon. That must be exciting for her. Just hope she doesn't have to spend this week in the hospital before they do the C section.

Megan graduates pre school this week thursday evening at 6pm. So that will be exciting.

Okay I am going to go finish cleaning my house then crash. My allergies have got the best of me today and I need a nap.

By the way even though I was out straight busy friday I started the day off with a 1 hour massage. It was great and just what the dr ordered.LOL
