Good Morning Ladies
Hope everyone is doing ok. Not alot happening here. The sun is trying to shine. Suppose to have a chance of showers. Still a little windy. But not as bad. Got a load of towels in washing. That seems like thats all I get to do. Wash clothes.
Well tonight is weigh in night for me. My scales show a gain. Oh well. I guess I will have to try harder. I really think I need to start writing down what I eat. I havent been doing that. I signed up on Fitday.com. But havent got it all figured out about posting what you eat. I thought they helped you figure out how many calories you are suppose to have a day. But I must have miss understood.
Well I better get off here. Waiting on my Mom to call. My Dad had to take my Uncle to the ER. So Mom said as soon as she heard anything she would let me know what is going on.

Or a turtle. I think keeping a food journal is a "must" thing to do when you are serious about losing weight. It has really helped me, this time and a few years ago when my blood sugar was 357 and I lost about 60 lbs.

I would have taken the night off too. Keep coming back and letting us know how you are doing.
