I am behind on some things going on.But I did see some new names.Welcome.Check site for the bio's and tell us about yourself.Plus you can see who we are.I am still trying to get use to new site.It does have some good features.Spell check is great.
We will have our election tomorrow and I still have not heard from leader.Hope she shows up.If not I will do the election without her.
I have slacked off on exercise last 2 days.Hard when I have been running all over the place.But eating has been fair and have done my goal of not eating after 8.Of course it helps that I have been going to bed at 9.
Met one of TOPS members for lunch yesterday.I didn't realize she knew my birthday is tomorrow.She treated for lunch and gave me a small gift.A beany dog as my Chinese sign is the dog.
Our nice warm weather has gone.If it is cold here it must be terrible for some of you.Stay warm and safe in the snow.
I have to get busy and finish all my projects as I go back to real world and work on Monday.Have a great day

Hi Eleni,

So how do you feel about going back to the working world? Are you nervous to start your new job?
Don't worry about a couple of days off plan. Just get right back on and you will do fine. Have fun doing all your running around. I am glad that you had a good lunch yesterday.

Redhen I want to be the first here to wish you a happy birthday today. I hope all is well with you and that you enjoy your day.

As for me my eating is still terrible. But I only have today and tomorrow left for the predisone and then I have made up my mind that saturday will be the day for me to get back on track without any excuses. I have to stop making the excuses and just do it. I am getting myself prepared to do what I have to do and get to my goal once and for all. I am so close I have to do this for me. Then I can prove to me that I can fulfill my dreams and do things for me. And I am healthier also.

My car ended up having a 12 foot snow drift on it yesterday and my husband had to dig it out for me. I haven't seen this much snow in years.LOL Now they are calling for another storm this weekend. I don't know where we are going to put more snow. I took some pictures yesterday and I can show you guys how much snow we had. For those of you like eleni that don't get it. You are lucky. But we are all plowed out. Thank god we have a plow on the truck. I wouldn't have wanted to shovel all that snow. I sure would be skinny by now with all the area we have to plow. We have a huge yard. It would take a week to shovel it.

Well I am going for training today for my new job. I have been putting in hours here. It is keeping me busy so I am not eating as much also. Which is a good thing.
