Default Tuesday

Hello All!
I will start the thread today since I have not posted in awhile. I have been sooo busy. I am going on vacation Thurs to NC and won't be back until the monday after Easter. Its a lot of work to get ready for vacation! Not to mention I am babysitting today.

I am a little worried about the food issues traveling and such. Not to mention going south period will probably add on a few pounds! I hope you all have a great week while I am gone!

Default Tuesday

Hi Ladies
Well I am kinda tried tonight. I guess the time change is catching up with me. We arent having a meeting tonight. Our group as a fund raiser did pepperoni rolls today. We did a little over 700. The ones who helped with the rolls weighed in this morn. Then those who couldnt make it this morn are just weighing in tonight. I did manage to lose 2 3/4 lbs. How I have no idea. The eating wasnt the best this week. So maybe the walking is starting to help. Only went 1/2 mile yesterday. Was a miserable day. Rained. Today I just haven't taken the time to walk. So will have to get some kind of exercise in tonight.

Beth you will do fine on vacation. Take just some healthy snacks with you. Fruit, sugar free candy, and drink water. You will do just fine. Have a great time.

Sherri how are you. Feeling any better. Still have all the snow.

Eleni have a great time at SRD. Ours is next month. But I wont be able to go. Would like to though. Maybe next year.

To all you other ladies. I am thinking of you. Hope you are all doing well. Hope everyone has a loss this week.

coco do you have a recipe for the pepp. rolls. how much do you sell them for, ect. Our group is in need of a fund raiser, very soon.

coco great on the weight loss. I know how you feel, mine hasn't been the best, but i managed a big loss. The wendie plan works, but i changed it a bit. MOre calories durning the beginning of the week, and lower end towards the end of the week, with an hour of exercise a day helps. our srd is next month too.
