I did fairly well today.
Went to a luncheon , but tried to watch it.
Breakfast: Oatmeal 150, apple 60, green tea.
Lunch: Salads, but not necessarily low cal. But I didn't eat all of them and very small portions of what I did eat. Water, Water, Water.
Dinner: Greek chicken; chicken breast stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, and greek olives. Baked , so that helped. I think it was 280 calories. Only had salad with it, no cal. dressing. And Water, Water, Water!!!
This has been a terrible week end to try to watch what I ate.
Breakfast: 2 slices diet toast 90, strawberry jam 20, cheese 50, coffee, green tea.
Lunch: sandwich, 2 oz turkey 110, honey mustard 20, lettuce, celery, carrots 25. Green tea, Diet Coke.
Dinner: Irish Stew 1 cup?, salad w/ dressing 50, cornbread 70, diet dessert 100. Water, Water, Water...plus 1 glass wine and 1 glass Strawberry Shortcake (A mixed drink).
I belong to Beta Sigma Phi and our chapter had a St. Patrick's Day Party tonight. Was fun!!!
My feet and legs are swollen tonight!!! Wonder why????
