Default March menu's, are you with me?

It is back to planning!!!

03/14/03

Breakfast: 1 slice diet toast, sugar free jelly, 1 1/2 cup strawberries, 8 oz ff/sf yogurt, green tea...water, water, water.

Lunch: 3 oz tuna, onions, celery, lettuce, tblsp ff mayo, 2 slices diet oat bread, 1 cup tomato soup, sm apple, 8 oz skim milk.

Dinner: 4 oz baked fish, 1 cup steamed beggies, 1/2 baked potato, 1 tblsp diet margarine, salad of free foods, 1 slice angel food cake.

Snack: 1 pear. ( Free veggies if still hungry.)

I WILL EXERCISE TODAY!!!

I did fairly well today.
Went to a luncheon , but tried to watch it.

Breakfast: Oatmeal 150, apple 60, green tea.

Lunch: Salads, but not necessarily low cal. But I didn't eat all of them and very small portions of what I did eat. Water, Water, Water.

Dinner: Greek chicken; chicken breast stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, and greek olives. Baked , so that helped. I think it was 280 calories. Only had salad with it, no cal. dressing. And Water, Water, Water!!!

This has been a terrible week end to try to watch what I ate.

Breakfast: 2 slices diet toast 90, strawberry jam 20, cheese 50, coffee, green tea.

Lunch: sandwich, 2 oz turkey 110, honey mustard 20, lettuce, celery, carrots 25. Green tea, Diet Coke.


Dinner: Irish Stew 1 cup?, salad w/ dressing 50, cornbread 70, diet dessert 100. Water, Water, Water...plus 1 glass wine and 1 glass Strawberry Shortcake (A mixed drink).
I belong to Beta Sigma Phi and our chapter had a St. Patrick's Day Party tonight. Was fun!!!

My feet and legs are swollen tonight!!! Wonder why????

Ok here was today so far and the plan for tonight

Breakfast- 1 egg and 8 oz skim milk

lunch- Irish meal Corned beef AND cabbage ( ate lots of cooked cabbage)

snack- 1 dove dark chocolate bite
and a bowl of mixed fruit (fresh)

supper- not sure yet

snack- popcorn and fresh fruit

I have had a weird day.

Breakfast: coffee...3 Hershey Nuggets?(because they were there!)

Lunch: Fish Sandwich from McD's and freedom fries diet coke.

Dinner: oatmeal 150, apple 60, raisins 60, soy milk 90, walnuts 40.

I have had plenty of water.

Hope to eat better tomorrow!
