Need to know what the program is about, and cost, locations. I live in Onondaga, Michigan.
Near Jackson, Mason, and Lansing areas.

If you go to www.tops.org on your computer you will get all information plus a chapter locator.
But briefly it is a weight loss support group that meets weekly for weigh-in and programs.It is $20 a year and each chapter has monthly dues that varies from$3 to $5
You follow your own weight loss program.
