Good mornng everyone.

I have been off on break for a week so I really haven't had time to post.

I had a good rest except for that fact that we all had the stomach flu for a day. On different days of course. I also think that the little one has an eye infection now. Her 2nd birthday is Wed., so I may have to take the morning off to get her to the drs.

My poor sister who is getting married in Sept fell at work in the parking lot and broke her ankle in 3 places. She is a nurse and the hospital thought they could get away without salting. Of course it was the last cold day that we had. All the bigwigs came down to apologize. Her fiancee has talked to a lawyer just in case. She may be off work a year, it was that bad. They plated and pinned it back in surgery for 2 hours.

Needless to say may eating has been terrible this week. I will hope to stay the same. I need to get going again. Where to find the motivation?

Have to work. Talk to you later.

Hello All!
Today has been so nice! We went to the park again! I hope to even walk outside at work tonight.

Okay I just have to say that the construction men that invaded my house for the last month and a half just vacated! HALLEUIAH! I thought I was going to go crazy! They did a pretty good job with our finished attic. There is a few things that my dh will make better. But overall I am pleased.
Linlin, your poor sister! I bet someone who should have known better is going to be in real trouble. I hope she gets compenstated what she deserves!
I hope the rest of you are having a good day! I am off to work shortly so I will say good bye for today! Happy St. Patty's day!

Beth

Yum, the corned beef and cabbage smells so good. Looking forward to it!

Have tried to be better with the eating and it will be interesting to see what happens Wed. Didn't get out to walk this weekend and I missed it. Drove to Denver and saw "Stomp"......talk about energy!!!! Today it is snowing and storm warnings are out for the next 2 days. I'm going to hop on he bike as soon as I get off of here.

Beth, it must be nice to have something new to look at. What a 'pick me up'. I know people in and out are a pain in the a#@! I have had school personnel and health people in and out 5 days a week for the past 4 years. Keep up the walking.

Linlin, hope everyone at your house gets better quick. I can relate to your sis. I had the plates and screws in for 10 years on my left ankle. I never got total range of motion back, but it hasn't hindered me otherwise. I slipped on a icy step at my front door. I hope she does better on her crutches than me. What a sight I was! Not funny at the time.

Nita, hope you enjoyed your walk and the your weigh in will be kind this week.

HI Christian......and lots of green shamrocks thrown your way.

Take care everyone and keep hanging in and working towards your goals!

Hi everyone, well I have been sick all weekend and this morning I went to the dr. I have pink eye in both eyes and a sinus infection. So as you can tell I have been feeling really yucky. I really haven;t been able to workout but my weight has stayed the same though so that is good.

the good think about going to the drs is that I was able to get my goal weight for when i joined TOPS on wed ( if I am feeling up to it). Do you wait to give your goal weight until you are close to it or when you join?

well everyone take care

bev

Bev

Were you at my house this weekend?

The youngest one has double ear infection, double pink eye, and sinus infection. I took her to the hospital today. Will be staying home from work tomorrow to take care of her.

I set my goal weight now and will alter it with the dr if I feel it is not attainable or I can go lower.

At the rate I am going lately it is not really an issue.
