I am glad to see Friday. I have been waiting all week for today.
I had another gain last night.
We have several people out with colds,virus's etc. There are a couple of bugs that keep going around.
But we had a good meeting. I am so lucky to have such a good group. I went over the elections last night and explained the different positions. I had people for every position except co-leader and I now have that.
I have been asked by the area captain to help out at our workshop next month. So my treasurer and I will be in charge of giving a talk on the treasurers position. I will just be support for Liz as she will do it. Just as an example`I volunteered her without asking her as I knew if I asked her she would do it. I have gone to being a leader where NO one would help to having several people who will help always. I mentioned last night that I wished I had someone to carry the marble jars around. After meeting a lady came up and offered to do it. I told her she would have to be sure and make the meetings. She said this would help make her not miss. So believe me I know how lucky I am. I know how hard it is for some of you.
I feel bad that I am such a bad example but it doesn't seem to bother anyone but me.

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope everyone is well. So far I have had a brutal day and it isn't even 10 am.

I was so busy at work yesterday and the kids were so bad last night that I ended up eating 300lbs of smarties. I don't really even like them.


I weighed myself this morning and I was up 3lbs since Tues and that ticked me off even more. The kids were again terrible getting ready for school and daycare. I can feel the stress already.

I didn't get to pack a proper lunch. I am getting a grip though. I am going to go down to the caf. to check out to see if they have salad or something. I go have a can of soup and an apple and carrots with them, but that doesn't appeal to me.

Earlier this week I pulled something in my neck/back so I haven't been able to exercise. It is feeling better now. I should be back to normal on Mon.

I guess it is my day to vent. Hopefully the rest of it will be better.

Eleni don't worry about the gain. I think it is the weather that is getting to all of us. You'll get back on track.

You sure do have a great group of ladies there. That is awesome that you have people that really want to get involved.
You know that you are a great role model. Just because the scale is up doesn't mean you are not a great role model lady. You are more then a number and you have a lot of great talents and you have a great way with people. It shows in your group. You got them motivated now they want to help you. That is success if I have ever heard of any.
Keep your head high and keep going. I know you will. Remember to make smart choices. You have the best support going in Bill remember to use him. He is there for you and you know that he is a wonderful man. You are so blessed in so many ways and I am so glad we met. You are a wonderful person.

It isn't the weather for eleni she is roasting down there while we are freezing our butts off up here.LOL Wish I were down there in the warmth with her.
I know what you mean about the kids acting up. Mine acted up so bad yesterday morning also. All we did was fight and yell and scream all morning while trying to get ready. When I dropped her off yesterday she cried and screamed so hard because she didn't want me to go. I was shocked after our morning that she would even want me. But I think it is because I am not spending the quality time with her. We are rushed in the morning and before I know it on the way to work I realize that I haven't even hugged her or kissed her that morning yet. So I am really trying to change that. We are both tired but we will get there. I spent time with her last night just the 2 of us and rocked her for awhile just to be close. She liked that. So I have to learn to calm down myself and give her more of my attention when we are together. It is hard but I know It will be fine. I have to work this out because it is effecting her in a negative way.
Hang in there linlin. The bad times will pass remember they still love you and you love them to pieces as well. It was 1 day. Just get back on track now and you will be fine.
