  • We had a great net loss for January. Lets keep up the good work for February.

    Feb. 07: .75 lb. loss

    Feb. 14: 1 lb. loss

    Feb. 21: turtle

    Feb. 28: turtle

    Total loss for February of 1.75 lbs.
  • I have the same goal as last month: Have a loss.

    Feb 4: sick

    Feb 11: lost 3 3/4 lb. Yay!

    Feb 18: lost 3/4 lb. Yay! (Total for month 4 1/2)

    Feb 25: gain 1/2 lb

    Total loss for month: 4 lb.

    Feb 5 - couldn't make meeting today....and probably will be gone next week.....but I will keep trying!!!!!

    Feb 12 - out of town.

    Feb 19 - no one to watch dd. Hubby out of town. Have to get there next week!!!

    Feb 26 - LOST 1.5#'s.

    I am sooooooo happy that I am down that much for the month. Bring on March!!!!

    Feb 4 - My meeting was cancelled. Very disappointing because
    I think I did lose this week.

    Feb 11 - lost 1 lb

    Feb 18 - No weigh in. Crazy weather. I feel like I am up though.

    Feb 25 - .25 of a gain. Can you believe it! I should have went to the bathroom. Oh well! Not giving up. March here we come.

    Feb. 27 1/2 pound gain... Not a good month weight wise. Will have to do better...
