Smile Nutrition Calculator (includes exchanges)

Hi everyone, I thought that those of you following the exchange plan/calorie counting might like to know about this handheld nutrition calculator. It also tracks exchanges! I printed off copies of this info too that I'm going to take to my next chapter meeting. Maybe it will help those that don't like to keep a written record. I got mine from http://www.qvc.com and paid less than $40 even with 2 day shipping There's more info at http://www.nutri-guide.com too.

Item Number F4318
NutriGuide Pocket Size Nutritional Calculator

Retail Value $46.50
QVC Price $28.96
Shipping and Handling $4.97

An easy way to track your daily food intake, the NutriGuide is a pocket-size nutrition computer that tracks eight essential nutritional values: calories, total fat, saturated fat, fiber, cholesterol, sodium, protein, and carbohydrates. It can calculate the daily and weekly percentage of protein, carbohydrates, and total fat. The database includes 10,000 foods, including 4500 restaurant foods for when you dine out or on-the-go!

Thanks so much for the information. I'm the leader of TOPS #306, Cheyenne. We have 8 ladies in our group. We are all ordering one of these. Our group is an at-work program. We started in Sept. of 2002 and have lost 87 pounds so far. This tool will really help us out.

Thanks! We have 3 gals that are close to their goals. I have about 20 pounds to go and we have a couple others with about 20 - 50 to go. At this rate we'll all get there. We have 40 hours of group support a week since we work together. We keep each other in line all week which helps alot.
