I'm going to keep a record here this year too...hopefully losing and getting to goal during 2003. My weighins are on Tuesdays:
January 7: UP 3 3/4 (NOT A GOOD START)
January 14: DOWN 2 1/2 despite a weekend out of town with 6 meals in a row "eaten out"
January 21: Up 1/2 pound. Dr. Phil says you can spit a half pound! It could also be the heavy sweater you're wearing. Either that, or the non-exercising is catching up with me.
January 28: UP 1 pound. Not a good month all in all.
