Hi all,

Sounds like everyone is doing great. I am at work so it is just a quick note to say hi. Didn't get to exercise this morning overslept. Have to go to the dr today. Have a sinus infection and maybe strep throat. So I have to get some meds.

Everything else going great here. Will exercise on saturday to make up for today.
