A new week is among us for our challange. Most everyone is way ahead of schedule. I know it is hard to believe with the gains we have had. But we are doing great as a team.

I lost 1/4# and I am thrilled. Still over goal but not by much, 1/2#. After the way I had been eating prior to this past Sat, I would have had a huge gain last week. Started my RS video last Fri and have been doing it everyday and it sure has helped. Take care all.
Well I had my meeting and I am happy to say that with the week I had I can't believe it. I stayed the same. Yeah for me I turtled this week. I will take that. I was only on plan for 4 days this week and I did 3 days of toning exercising.
So overall with the medication I did great. At least it wasn't a gain.
Hi Ladies! I am happy to report another loss this week. This now makes 9 weeks in a row!!! Yeah me. I lost 1/2 pound this week. I did not make it to the 170s b/c I am now 180 lol. But oh well, it does not matter how long you go as long as you don't stop! RIGHT!! The weight recorder kept trying to squeeze in the extra 1/4 pound but I am not one for cheating so I don't her don't worry about it! I was happy with my loss!! Take care everyoone!!!! I am now only .25 pound away from the next ten pounds!!!

I did pretty good on my goal for the week with the exception of Tues. We observe Lent here-so we HAVE to have fat tues as well. That night we had berry cobbler WITH icecream! but other than that i did ok.
The next few weeks are going to be really stressful because it is the end of the quarter-i'm also going to college. I have, in the past, ended up eating way too much fastfood in an effort to save time during the day. So my goal is not to over do the fast food. I'd love to be able to make my goal no fast food-but i think that would be pushing things a little too far-and having a too hard of goal just defeats the intent for me. I'll let you know how i do on this one.
