Morning ladies It looks like we are going to have a beautiful weekend here.
We went for our walk last night.It's sure easier at home on treadmill.I don't think eiher one of us wanted to go but we made each other go.Glad when it was over.I only walked around 2 times.He went 3 and almost caught me.It is only 8/10 of a mile for 2 laps.But I checked and I have to add a short circle to make the mile.Will try to do whole mile even if I have to stop and rest.I sent an e-mail to all my kids letting them know they missed Bill's birthday.He was ok with it but I wasn't.There is no excuse for bad manners!!!
Well I am going to go check out the big garage sale uptown .have a great weekend all

Hi! That is sad that the children did not remember Bill's bday. I would have been very hurt by that. I hope they make it up or at least try. I also love garage sale shopping. But I have to work today and tomorrow And we have a kids bday party today. Hopefully I will not eat too much. I hope everyone has a great day today. The weather here looks really bad (dark and rainy) I am still not sure about Mexico but I will let everyone know when I find out. I want to go b/c of the opporunity to see a new place but I am so fed up with my looks. But at least my hair is now cute Take care penny

Sorry about the kids not remembering, I hope they make up for it also. I am going with my dad today to a fish fry.... Probably not a smart move but he wants me to go, I will try just to eat about a
piece. I have lost The 3 pounds I had gained from Valentines day the hard way last week, I hope I can keep it off, Well ladies I am on to the shower, I hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

My 12 year old is in the all county honor band, and has a practice this afternoon, and a concert tonight. She plays the tuba-which is almost bigger than she is! Anyways, the rehearsal is in a city about an hour away, as is the concert, so instead of going back and forth, I'll be taking some of the other girls with me to a huge mall nearby for the afternoon. That will be fun, except the mall is full of all kinds of "fun" food-cheesecake factory, rocky mountain chocolate company, preztels, plus this huge food court with all kinds of wonderful places to try-none of which is especially low calorie or good for you. So my plan is to decide in advance what i will have so i don't just arrive starving to death, and make horrible choices, which is what i'd ususally do.

Penny-sorry to hear you have to work-so much for the weekend huh!?

Christie-good luck with the fish fry-let us know how you make out with that.

Eleni-hope you found some good treasures at the sale.

That is great that you are still walking. Remember don't give up. After about a month or so you will be surprised at how far you can be able to walk. Then you will be so proud of yourself for doing it. The more you walk the better you will get. Just like anything practice makes perfect.

Sorry it is dark and dreary there. It is nice and sunny here but only 31 degrees. See we have more things in common now. We both have short hair and along with eleni I love yard sales. I go all the time in the summer. when I have the money that is. I like the townwide ones that they have. I always find the bargains.LOL

Good luck with your week also. I also eat when people are not around also. I don't know sometimes I just feel that if they don't know I am eating then it won't make a difference. What dumb thinking right? It all counts no matter who sees you or not eat it.

I am doing better today. I have just come to accept that I am going to have a gain this week. I had my french toast low points and only 1 pt for carb and a tossed salad 2 pts for dressing for lunch. I am going out tonight and it looks like we are going to wendys superbar in vermont. Yes I have to leave ny in order to get to a wendys that has a superbar.LOL
