Hi all,

It is time again to set our weekly goals. I have a challange for the weekend and that is going to be a goal for me. I have to come up with what I like and dislike about me. That is going to be hard for me to do. I don't look inside of me hardly ever and I know I should. But I never have much to say. So that is a very big challange for me. I will let you all know what happens with it.

Also I am going to stick to the low carbs again but for only 4 days this week. I did do the 5 days last week and completed my goal for the week. So I was so happy about that. It is the first time I have completed a goal here in awhile.

So that is it for me.

What is your goal of the week?

Sherri

Ah, the good old goal thread....

I think I will maintain my goal of riding my bike everyday for at least 30 minutes. Yes, I have done it the past 3 days, but I do not feel confident enough that I will keep it up if I don't declare it to you all.

My daughter is sleeping right now and the couch is next to the bike so I look forward to her waking up and I will hop on then.

Good luck to everyone of succeeding at your goals this week....remember one day at a time!

TOPS Hugs,
Summer

Time to report on the past 3 days.
Friday I rode the bike for 50 minutes which was 10 miles. Nothing yesterday and today I did 6 miles or 30 minutes. It was my daughters 18th birthday today and I did eat some cake this evening, so I knew I had to hop on board earlier.

Sherri, hope you are continuing to do fine with your goal. Keep up the great work!!

Summer that is great that you are exercising again. Keep up the great work. Sounds like you are going to make your goal this week.

I am doing well with the low carbs. I have 1 day with only 6 pts. but the other days I have been over by 1/2 pt which is still very good. They say that I should have between 6-9 pts a day of carbs. But from now until the end of the week I am going to have only 6 pts. that way I can complete my goal.

I will do some sort of workout at least 3 times this week. Starting right now - it's finally warmer out and gonna head out for an hr. walk!

Also, as I've been doing for the last 2 wks., stick to 22 points using WW.

The past 2 days haven't been too bad. Yesterday I rode only 15 minutes because I was so tired from the lack of sleep the night before, but I just got off the bike after doing 40 minutes now. I feel alot better.

My eating hasn't been good and I really need to buy the proper foods. Our grocery choices where I live is very limited and what they have in the way of fresh veggies is what you get. I refuse to buy brown, wilted stuff...doesn't even look safe to eat. I can't wait until new batches of vegies come out. I know, no excuses...but I'm trying..lol

Sherri, I'm glad you are doing well with your carb points, and that your cold is getting better. Keep up the healthy eating!

MAGirl36, Welcome to the goal thread and am happy that you are going to be active 3 times a week. Are you doing well with sticking to your points??

Let's go ladies!!!!and lets keep those goals in mind to help us onward to our success.

TOPS hugs,
Summer

I will keep my calorie sheet, exercise, drink my water, and contact a member of my chapter. I was also The Best Loser this week at my chapter! I lost 1.25 pounds!

Magirl,

That is great that you started to commit to exercise at least 3 days a week. You will see results. And that is great that you are sticking to your plan. I am in the same range as you I believe. MY range is 22-25. So that is nice to know some one in the same range as me.

Ciecie,

Congratulations on being the loser of the week and losing 1.25 lbs. That is great. I am glad that your plan is working. I agree that it is important that we keep in contact with at least one member of the chapter a week. I have one lady that I call and she calls me also. So it is nice. I have others I call but they don't return the favor. But that is okay. If I helped them throughout the week then it was worth it.

Summer,

That is great that you are doing the bike. You have to get your eating under control also. Then you will have a loss again. I know that it is hard to do when you don't have the right foods in the house. But at least you are aware of what is going on. And that is very important. So I know you will get back on track in every way very soon.

I hope that your daughter feels better. And you might be right about it being something else since it has gone on so long. She might be really nervous about leaving to go to school with everything you are doing with the apps for college.

Have a great night everyone and good luck at weigh in summer if you get to go.

I stuck to my low carbs for yesterday and today. So I am proud of that. I had too little points yesterday. So today I am at the top of my range.

Sherri
