Hi everyone. I just thought I would pop in and say hello. Our TOPS group won't be meeting until January because we meet on Wednesday nights. So this time I am NOT using this as an excuse to eat everything I can for a week and then try to lose it. This year has been really hard to stay out of all the goodies but I just HAVE to do it, that scale started climbing back up again and I do NOT want to lose all of that again. UGH.

I have come too far. We are having a challenge in our group that if you weigh LESS than you did the weigh in before Thanksgiving by our next meeting in January, you get your dues paid for January. SO I am hoping to get back down there and hopefully it will give me some good incentive.
I will try to be more active on this thread. I would really like to exchange ideas and hear what everyone else is doing in their chapters all over the place. I am kind of getting a little burnt out in being leader. I have an evening chapter and it's like pulling teeth to get them to volunteer for ANYTHING. But I am still enjoying it. I need to get REMOTIVATED again. Hope everyone else is doing great and having a fun holiday season so far...
