breakfast- side of eggs from Mcdonalds lunch- bowl of chicken noodle soup snack- glass of green tea Supper- not sure yet :D |
Thursday's menu
Breakfast: 2 slices lite wheat toast, 1 tbs peanut butter Lunch: 2 cups minnestrone soup, a small pkg of oyster crackers Dinner: baked haddock... veges... but haven't decided on which veges yet. Wednesday's weigh-in... lost 3.5 lbs!!1 |
Breakfast: One special K bar
Lunch: 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich and 15 low fat cheese crackers Dinner: Turkey light from Quisno'z Snack: 5 small oatmea cookies Nancy |
Okay... I've been bad and have missed two days of menues. I know I can't do that and stay on track! Starting over now....
Monday's menu: breakfast: one plain bagel with 1 tbs lite cream cheese, 1 cup orange juice lunch: cup of chicken noodle soup, 94% fat free popcorn dinner: chef salad with fat free salad dressing. |
Tuesday's menu
Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 tbs brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk Lunch: tossed salad with 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz turkey, 2 tbs fat free salad dressing Dinner: beef stew with carrots and green beans |
