Ok ladies, even if it is just 5 minutes, reward yourself by writing it down and know that 5 minutes is better than no minutes :D
Tue- 1 mile
Wen- 1 mile
Thursday- 1 mile
Saturday- 2 miles

Tuesday, Oct. 1 -- walked 2 miles
Wednesday -- walked 2 miles
Thursday -- walked 2 miles
Saturday -- walked 2 miles

A total of 10 miles for the week.

Christian, Maybe we should set a goal of how many minutes we will exercise this week and report in each day and give a total at the end of the week.

My goal this week is to exercise 200 minutes (That's how long it takes me to walk 10 miles.)

Monday 40 minutes (2 Mile walk)
Tuesday 40 minutes (2 miles) Total of 80 mins.
Wednesday 40 mins (2 miles) 120 mins
Thursday 40 mins total of 160 mins

Count me in !

My goal is to exercise 30 minutes a day for a total of 150 weekly :D

Monday- walked 2 miles so it was 30 minutes
Tuesday- walked 30 minutes = 2 miles
Wed- walked 20 minutes 1 mile
Friday- walked 10 minutes, rode bike 20 minutes

for a total of 110 minutes this week :D

Ok I am starting fresh for the week so here is SATURDAYs :)

Saturday- 20 minutes of bike riding
and 40 minutes of walking
