Friday Already!!
Hi Ladies
Boy its Friday already. Where did the week go. Well tonights the banquet. Will let you ladies know later how it went. I hope you ladies dont mind that I have started the threads the last three days. But I just need to check in. Sherri Great on the turtle. I know you want the numbers on the scale to go down. But I am sure next week you will have a loss. You did have a nice loss last week. So that is probably why. You have been doing great. You are doing great with the Curves. I need to start walking or riding my bike again. I think I will make that my goal for next week. To try and either walk or ride the bike 3 days next week. To all the other ladies I am thinking of you. Hope everyone has a good OP day. Mine yesterday was a lot better than it has been. Wrote down what I ate. Need to watch my salt though. I am going to try not to eat too much today. So I can enjoy my dinner tonight. It is suppose to be with in the guidelines of a TOPS meal. I thought about doing that. Isn't just over 1,000 a day too little. How much have you lost, and how long have you been doing this. Your menu thread looks awesome. I am glad everyone is doing ok lately. I know we all have our "ups and downs" but as long as we keeping fighting it, we are going great! I know as long as I don't give up, my weight won't go up (too much anyways....:lol: ) Have a great on plan day! I will be happy when I can start eating again! My doctor put me on 1200 calories. I try to stay between 1000 and 1200. It doesn't sound like much, but really, I am not hungry at all. I like counting calories, because I can have anything I want. TodayI went to lunch with a friend at Quizno's. Had a Turkey light sandwitch. It was yummy and only 350 calories. I felt like I was splurging. I have been in Tops for 9 weeks and this past Tuesday I was down 15 pounds. It has come off slow, but steady. I started at 189 and now am 174. The funny thing is, that 174 is where I was when I started weight watchers a year ago!! Hang in there girls. Nancy Link |
