Default back to reality

Good morning ladies
Congrats on all that stayed on track. Me, i didn't do bad till yesterday and then i did rotten. Did the kayaking thing and boy is it awesome. We are now looking into one for me for next year. We also have a couples weekend this friday. A real river. This will be the test. Went on a lake, if that's what you want to call it. The water was about the most a foot deep. full of muck. good pratice though. Brandon got stung by a bee, and wiped out on his bike. I haven't slept all night. Did this last time. The job thing. The only good i find going there is the insurance. The dentist appointment I went to on Friday would of cost me 780 dollars. But having 2 insurances should cover the cost. It's not done yet either. I had to have a root canal on a tooth that had a filling. Dentist said not a pretty site. Got to watch some of it though. The tooth also has a crack in it, so now i need a crown. Oh well
Eleni great attitude. Keep on keeping on.
Summer yes i did gain. and right now i feel weigh poofy. Didn't drink my water. You are something lady. I know the w/c thing can be hard. My oldest sister that past away was in one. M and D made the house to have extra wide doorways. Getting in the house was something. We never had a van though. Sister could get out somewhat and sit in a car seat. Caring the thing was difficult, I know somewhat of what you feel, but never the extend. YOu have my thoughts and prayers. Hope college dd is doing better.
nita weigh to go.
well gotta go.
thinking of you all

I am trying to stay out of food tonight. It is not easy. I did eat 2 peaches and some popsicles. Now I am trying to stay away from food. Will see how I do. This is a hard time for me.
I did do my exercises.
We are going away for the weekend. That means eating out.
Oh well. Hope you are all ok. A lot of MIA.

Hi,
i wasn't sure ware to post this. I weighed in tonight. I was down another 3/4 of a pound. That just seems so little to me. I am eating between 1000-1200 calories and working out everyday. And it still seems so hopeless. I have lost 12 and 3/4 pounds now, but it has taken 7 long weeks.
One good splurge and I will pack back on the pounds. My birthday is the end of the month. I would like to go out to my favorite restaurant. Haven't been there in 7 weeks.

Well, hope you all are having a good week.

Wendy,

Sounds like you had a great time at the kayaking. Good for you. How is brandon? He isn't allergic to bees is he? You will get back on track and to the gym. It is a new week for you so make the most out of it.

Eleni,

That is great with all the inches you have lost. The snacks you did have weren't bad at all. How did you do for the rest of the night? Keep hanging tough and working out. You are whittiling away the inches and that is the important thing. People notice the inches more then the lbs.

Nancy,

Don't get discouraged. I know that you are. But you are doing great. maybe you need to eat a little more. That is not many calories. You might find that if you stay between 1500 -1800 cal a day you will lose more weight. It sounds crazy but it is true in a lot of cases. Especially if you are 170 and over in lbs.
But either way the small losses add up to the big ones in the end getting you to goal. Baby steps is what it takes. I would love to wake up and be thinner to we all would. But unfortunately it doesn't work that way.
Hang in there you are doing all the right things it is coming off.

Sherri
