Well good morning all. Hope everyone has a wonderful fourth of July. MY scale was down 2 pounds this morning, so by tops scale so far i'm down 1.5 pounds. Don't know how, eating the last couple of days haven't been great. A girl at work was hungry yesterday so she went and got some snacks. I ate all morning on little things. I had her get some no sugar added, and low fat combined klondikes. They are good. Then we went to the inlaws for dinner last night, and had some chips, Not a lot, but I had to walk away. I also had some mac. salad. I had the scare of a life time yesterday. Got home from running to the stores. I use to get my nails done at the salon, but am opting to do them myself. Brandon and KC had just gone outside, and I was keeping an eye on him, I had just called him about 5 min. ago, when I noticed i hadn't heard them. I left the door open. So I thought I would call him again, no answer. I yelled somemore, no answer. I looked all around the house no answer. By this time, i'm screaming his name. Running back and forth, he is not in our yard at all. The neighbor guy came home, and heard me yelling, I ran another neighbors next door, that guy is new. He had seen him, but not lately, the other neighbor asked me what was going on, the neighbors a few houses down, were in the yard yelling what is going on, I'm yelling for Brandon and the dog, no one is coming, I'm totally a reck. The friend neighbor is calming me down, on the phone, the other neighbor by this time is on the fourwheeler. No brandon, just about then, brandon walks around the neighbors fence that is on the same side of the road as us. Him and the dog were going to play with the little boy next door. The neigbor lady brought him home. Oh, my goodness did I hug that boy. I didn't yell at him, or nothing. I hugged and hugged. Everyone was telling him, he just can't leave the yard without mom or dad. Thank God he was ok, I had all kinds of thoughts going through my head. I've also decided he will not go outside again without me there. I feel like the worst parent in the world. That my nails were more important than him, that I had to much to do that I couldn't keep an eye on him. Thank God for caring neighbors.

Cc, you can get that weight off in no time. Just start a new challenge for yourself 200 miles in 100 days. Plus you should be very proud of doing the 100 miles that is awesome.

Ciecie-sometimes work does keep us in line. Not always fun being there. Hope you have a marvelous day off today. Have fun marching.
mouch, glad you checked in, and no problem on the note, that is why we are all here. The sugar busters is good program for me to an extent. I've learned to watch how much sugar a food has, and to eat better carbs. I still get the bad ones in more than i should, but i'm making some better choices.

Well we are going to walmart to buy food for today, and then it's off to a steak cook out. And pool party. And fireworks tonight i hope. Hubby has to work tomorrow, but I think he can handle a long night. He has before. I'll tell him later just think like it is a thursday out with the guys. I better get moving boss is wanting to go with me, which is cool, and he is wanting leave.
