Default Saturday

Hi Ladies
I hope everyone is doing ok. My eating is the best today then it has been. Still could use some improvement. But at least it is better. Now just to make it through the next meal.

When did they add the quick reply. I just noticed it today. I guess I will have to try it sometime.

Thanks CC for the words of encouragement. I have been reading today. Have read almost a whole Harliquin romance. I also am getting the cross stitch back out. Again thanks.

Sherri Sorry your meetings havent been going so well. But I kinda know what you are talking about. I dont get much out of the short meetings. You weigh in. Tell of the losses or gains and the meeting is adjourn. There are times when I really need that meeting. But dont get it. I am glad that I have the ladies here to help. I get more support here than at the TOPS meeting. They are a little better since the new leader took over. If we could just get this one lady to leave and not adjourn for everybody else. I know alot of the ladies keeping saying if JK dont want to stay leave. Dont adjourn the meeting. I know there has been a couple of times someone has had a program and they dont get to do it because JK adjourned. So I dont know what will happen. We are suppose to have a lady there Tues eve. Who is going to show us how to do some YOGA. I am kind excited about it. But I just cant picture myself getting on the floor in all those positions. Maybe if I was alot lighter I could. Maybe I would feel more comfortable doing this in front of someone then. But right now I dont feel comfortable doing something like that.

Wendy. Wont be long before the big camping trip. We are wanting to go. But not sure when we will get to go. Have to see how hubby gets to feeling. We like to go camping too. We have pop-up camper.

To all the other ladies. I am thinking of you. I hope you are having good OP days. Take care. Will check in later.

I also just noticed this quick reply and I like it. So easy.
I have been doing ok. I was not feeling well for a couple days.
Sorry I had to cut our talk short Sherri.Sometimes my heart tells me it's boss. But am much better. Trying to get some things done for our trip this coming week. We will be going to Savana Ga for our anniversary. Will take laptop and try again.
It will be good to get away. A lot of other stuff going on so we need a break.
I am hoping to come back with a loss. Hubby and I are both going to try to not overeat.
Have not done a lot of exercising. Did do my laps but this is not good time for me to get too strenuous.
Hope everyone has a good weekend. We have a lot of MIA.

Hey Coco,

You hang in there. I also have those times that I just eat and eat. I was going through that very recently. I am going to get back to counting just points and eating whatever I want as long as it is in my points. I am going to stick with 20-23 pts a day. I did great with that range before and I wasn't exercising as much either. So I know I will lose.
Don't beat yourself up. Like CC said try to do something to occupy yourself. I just noticed that when I get a free min. and can sit down finally (which isn't too often) the first thing I do is eat. I have been eating lately just for the sake of eating and I don't know why. I know a lot has to do with stress but it isn't an excuse and we should really try to change it. Then we would be doing great all the time.LOL Easier said then done I know. I have to do it to. So we can do this together.
Get in some walking early in the morning or in the evening when it is cooler. You can do this. Keep your chin up and reach for the stars.

I am glad you are feeling better. I wasn't upset the other night when you had to go. I knew you didn't feel well. I think you do need a vacation. Don't worry about the food too much while away. I know it is a daily thing for all of us to think about the food whether to eat it or what to have etc.. You are doing great yourself. Get back to exercising when you can and you will turn yourself around also.

We went to the amusement park today. It was a beautiful day today no rain. I was so happy. But guess what I was so sick this morning. I have been having like cramps in my stomach like gas or just feeling sick to my stomach. I went on a ride with megan at the park and thought I was going to lose it.LOL But I didn't. They stopped the ride just in time. I was feeling better before we left tonight so we went on it again. I didn't get sick like I did earlier. But I did get dizzy and a little nausious. So I was wondering if I was pregnant already. I will know this week for sure. I don't think I am already it is very soon. Not even a month since I have been off the pill. But you never know. So I will have to let you all know when I know. I was hoping to wait until aug.LOL But sometimes we can't plan these thing.
I talked to a friend yesterday and starting tomorrow I am back on my points plan. Not watching carbs or anything. Just counting points. She is going to be my support system. When we are together and we are eating she is going to help me. I want to start sticking with my points again. It worked before and it was much cheaper also. I have to cut back on my grocery spending so this is a good excuse to go back to it.

We are going to spend the whole day in the pool tomorrow. So that will be fun. Just the 3 of us.

Have a great night tonight and a great day ahead tomorrow. For all those that are joining me in starting over tomorrow. Good luck and take it one meal at a time. We can do this. And don't forget to move your body.
