I am with the rest of the girls. I also do the WW points plan and write down what I eat. I haven't done it in a few weeks and I am going to start keeping a food journal again. I have 3 notebooks full of food journals over the past couple of years. It really does help to look back and see what you were eating when you were losing.
Another huge thing I found is the water. I try to drink at least 64-96 oz. of water a day. There are days that I can't do that with my schedule if I am not going to be near a bathroom.

But I try. When I am home here working I do drink the water. It makes a huge difference and also I drink 1 cup of green tea or 2 sometimes and that really flushes the water out of you. But I don't like the taste I just drink it because it works.LOL
