This is the day I have been waiting for all week. I am up early as usual but I am way behind in my e-mail. Will have to send group e-mails.
It certainly looks like a lot of you are really having a hard time of it. And some of you that have not posted your problems are also having a hard time. But the thing that really stands out is how quick you are to help others.
It is very hard to watch friends and family suffering. Been there done that. But things do get better. I have always believed there is a reason things happen but we just don't always know what those reasons are. But we do seem to survive altho it may seem like we might not. Things will get better.
These are the times that your weight loss journey will suffer . But try your best as your health is very important. And none of us are as healthy as we should be if we are over weight.
My heart goes out to you all. Those of you that know me know I am here for you. Special prayers to you all.
I seem to be doing beter. I was surprised I had a loss. I really overate last night but will be more careful today. Supper and after supper are my worse times. Like most of you I am sure.
I was doing good til hubby wanted me to ride to store with him. I am always dragging him all over the place so I went. Bad mistake.
But as I said I will do better.
After I get done on computer I will get my exercise over with. may do pool later as it cooled off during the night and I do not like cold water.
Well I have written a book.
Oh one more thing. Do ya use light butter sprays and Pam spray. I do as it is "suppose to have no calories. Surprise Surprise. Not true.
According to Prevention magazine. By law if a product has less than 5 calories they can claim zero calories.
example I can't believe it's not butter==12 sprays =10 calories 25 =about 20 cal
3seconds of Pam = 22 calories
So altho they are an excellent choice be aware they are not totally calorie free.They have hidden calories

I also have to say way to go!!!!! I am so impressed with your exercise and your progress!

I am at work and have a little down time so I thought I would say HI! I am finding it is very easy to lurk rather than post (basic laziness on my part) Sooooooo............. I am setting a mini goal of posting once a day because lurking doesn't boost anyone's spirit, and I miss you guys.

I volunteered to do the program 2 weeks from now and I need a hand. I want to do one of those get to know you ones. You have every one write clues about who they are and everyone guesses as the clues are read. Problem is I have never seen it done before, can anyone give me a little guidance on how to have a good time with this?

The weather here is miserable today, rainy and cold. Blech. We seem to go from one extreme to the other. It has been scortingly hot for the past week and now it I have the heat on.

We did a get to know you type thing at our chapter. The way we did it was everyone wrote down two things about themself that was true and one lie. Everyone had to guess which was the lie.
It was fun and we found out things about each other we did not know. They did not know I did a tandum parachute jump and we found out one lady was a race car driver when she was younger.
It was a lot of fun

I don't understand at all what to do and would like some help with this sight. I am a TOPS MEMBER of MI1455. and on the forum list at10:53 something is listed. Is this a chat room?
It would sure be great to talk to more from people from Tops. Most of the time everyone is with WW. They are great but my pocketbook accomdates TOPS better and I have some great friends in out chapter. Fluffyjoy

I have no idea what 10:53 is. But if you go to the forum page there is a listing for the chat room. There is not a chat room just for TOPS. Altho I think one could be created if TOPS wanted one. I am not sure how to do it. I do not use chat rooms myself. I do have 2 instant messagers which are like a chat room only you know who you are talking to.
This site has a lot of great TOPS people. The board is always slower on the weekends as it should be. Hopefully people are out enjoying themselves.
