Back to work. Not sure what brandon had yesterday. Doctor wanted me to keep him home the rest of the week, but i've been missing a lot, and i need the money. As it is I have to work sat for straight time, most of it. Maybe I can work a longer day and make up for some of it. Will have to see if hubby will take brandon to daycare tomorrow, so I can go in early. Also I can go in early on sat. Not doing bad. But as usual could be doing better. YOu all take care and i'll check in later

The boards have been kind of quiet lately. I miss you gals when you don't post often. How is everyone doing?
I've been trying to stick to my diet this week, hoping to stay in the black for the month of June. Its been a busy week and a couple of days I strayed from being OP, but I did good most of the time.
I just read a program that ww gave a few weeks ago about red light foods. Wouldn't it be great if we saw foods with red lights, caution lights and green lights. I think it would make a good program for TOPS.

Happy Thursday Ladies! Are we all thinkiing of ourselves and taking good care of our physical and emotional health? Sounds like some of us have a lot going on.
I had more 'whammies' thown my way yesterday....but I am not going to post it here. I am going to keep this concentrated on my weight loss journey....even though I know everything is tied together.
Did Have a small gain last eve, .5#. I'm OK with it. Am still in leeway, but only by .5#. Am back to craving the carbs with the added stress...but i know that CAN'T be an excuse. DH is not locking up his candy bars and guess who has found them again!!!! I even bought him a special lock box thing to put them in. AAGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! I know, my will power is bad...........
Nita, I agree that the board is quiet. Miss the 'oldies' that haven't been posting much. You all know who you are. I'm soooooo glad I got my computer server problems straightened out.....gee, only took changing them....was a hassle though. That WW program sounds like it would be beneficial. Visualizations are of such a help to me. Keep doing well OP and hope things slow down for you too.

I hope you are all enjoying the spring/summer weather. We continue to need the rain very badly. The latest wildfire about 90 miles from here just burned more than 80 homes. Haven't had conditions like this in more than 100 years. Many farmers have irrigated for the last time......no more water. I forsee our grocery prices zooming. Oh well, just gotta keep the prayers going. When dd nurse gets here, I'm going to go for a walk........sounds good!!

I do not know how I did it but I had a good loss of 2 3/4 . Now I need to keep it up. Hope all are well. Don't forget to update your losses on challenge. Sorry but I have to go as it is my bedtime. I am glad tomorrow is Friday. I had a really bad day at work today. I almost lost my job. I was careless and did a stupid thing. I will be getting a written reprimand. Oh well S--- happens
Hi ladies,
Well I have been working my tail off working out 3x day since monday. Plus all the other things I have going on right now. But my scale was up 7 lbs over the weekend from eating way too much at my daughters party and my neices on sunday. But as of this morning I had lost 6 lbs of it. Just imagine if I had eaten good all weekend with the 3 x day workouts I would have had a great loss instead of a turtle tonight. But I am very happy with the turtle. I get to keep the traveling gift I have. I can open it next week when I have my 4th loss in a row. I can't wait for that. I am doing great with the eating other then the parties. I don't seem to control myself with them. But hopefully I am in the clear for another 4 weeks before the 4th of july hits. I am going to keep working hard. But I will be working out here at home in the mornings after next week so I am not in such a hurry. Then work out at curves at night with my friend. It is really helping me not eat at night when I go to curves at 7pm to workout. Then I am not hungry at night. I feel great. I did get my garden planted just have to get some zuchinni plants now. They were out of them. I also planted flowers. Megan graduates preschool on thursday then things will slow down here a lot. I have a plan for when she gets done with my time. But I have to ride this rollercoaster for one more week. I feel like I am 15 people being pulled in a million directions. Thank god it is only one more week. I am so stressed out and my poor daughter is suffering because of it. I am yelling at her to hurry and I have to remember she is only 4 now. I can't take being this busy it is not good. But at least I am doing great with the eating and exercise that is the important thing. I am on a mission. I get measured a week from monday at curves. My goal is to be in the 170's on the scale and in the 30's for the body fat. Even if it is 39 it is a lot lower then it was at 44%. But I know I can meet my goal. Then I can say I did this in 4 weeks. It is a lot of work working out so much but it is worth it to see the numbers drop. I feel like CC now with all the exercise I am doing. But I can do so many things now and not be winded and it feels great. My heart is getting stronger.

Congratulations on your loss. You are doing great. Thanks for the picture I died laughing when I opened it. It really made my day. I hope things work out at work. We all make mistakes you are only human they have to realize that. Keep doing great you are heading in the right direction.

Okay girl. Lock up the candy and stay away from the carbs girl. Hit the bike and you will lose that .5 you gained. That isn't much girl. You can get down to where you want to be. Just hold your head high and remember what is important to you. You CAN do this. Go Summer Go Summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you were talking about me and I miss being here also. Hopefully after another crazy week next week I will have more normalicy in my life to get here on a regular basis again. I really miss coming here and seeing how and what everyone is doing. I will be back I just have to get through this busy time. Next week I have to work for the older people, go on a train ride with megan's school on wednesday, she graduates and we have a big cookout on thursday and then We take her to see dragontails live on friday. So I am out straight next week also. The older couple I help out wanted to schedule an eye exam for next week and I told them I couldn't take them. I have to start telling them no when I am so overloaded. He didn't like it but he will have to live with it. I am only one person not 15.LOL Keep up the great work.

I think you are doing great also on your journey. We are not always going to stick with our plans. You have to take it day by day. You are doing great. The program sounds like a great one to do at tops. Are you going to present it? I think you should. How are the points going? Don't give up girl we are all here for you.
