Default Sunday,

Well I was going to go to church, but thinking differently. Little nerves. And brandon is still sleeping. walking in after being gone so long kinda puts the hold on things. I will get there though. Thanks everyone, seems all I do here is unload anymore. Eating wasn't the best yesterday, but as usual could of been worse. See how nice the scales are to me tomorrow. I want to get some more work done here today, and I'm dusting off the gazelle. I have to. If I'm going to win this battle at least, i've got to get my bootie moving. Hubby called yesterday, and in front of all the guys, i started talking about going to curves. I figure I can do curves three days a week, and gazelle 3 days. I'm so proud of all of you that have been working so diligantly on this thing. I have program tomorrow, and I'm doing something on fitting exercise in. I'm learning about my self that i do better in a focused area. I also do well with the gazelle, and probably if all wasn't going on i would do even better. But I need the workout time alone. I figure it will only be an hour and 1/2 three times a week. Plus tops night. I deserve it. Hubby puts more time away on one night occassionally. I have that gym lifetime membership, but it's way in lansing, and coming from ann arbor to that is too much time driving and such. I hoping this will give me some results to help stay motivated. I need about 10 good swift kicks in the butt. sherri gave me one, but it didn't hurt that bad.
Sherri-how was the party? Did it wear ya out? Did megan have fun.
We went to my sisters house and went to dinner. Watched a movie. Can't remember the name of it, but it wasn't that good. Eleni-weigh to goal getting that exercise in. Penny, CC, CoCo, Christian, Summer, and the new people. Haven't heard a lot from you guys. I know now is a busy time. Crazy- you keep doing what you are doing. Nita, you hang in there

Wink

Hi everyone,

Getting ready to go mow a huge lawn, but thought I'd stop by quickly.

The recognition ceremony we had yesterday for our state Division and Royalty winners was nice. I'd guess about 175 people there. Considering it wasn't a big thing.....only 2 hrs.....it was nice. Now I'm looking forward to IRD in a month.

Even though I'm in leeway, my clothes are tight. Can definitely tell I haven't done much exercising. Well, I wonder how I can do in a month???? Gonna be a stage escort for the International Mens Division Winners so something has to go!!!!!! Did do only 2 miles on the bike...10 min...but at least it's a start. I can tell I am so out of shape!!!!!

Wendy, hope Brandon continues to get better. Sleep is such a great healer. Now, you need to start thinking of you again and get that dust rag moving across the gazelle.

Sherri, so hard to believe that Megan is 4!!! I'm sure you all had a great time. Hey did you get on that bouncy thingy? Hey, could be another station at Curves!! LOLOLOL!!! Glad you had a loss!!! WOO-HOO!!

Eleni and Nita, sorry to hear you both had little gains. Don't fret those pretty heads. You'll do fine if you keep doing the things you know you should.

To one and all, Have a great day and the start of a new week is just around the corner. Finish this week on a positive note....even if it's just standing up during a commercial break, doing some twists, stretches and reaching for those wonderful stars that we all are.

TOPS {{{{{HUGS}}}}},
Summer

Default HI

Hi Ladies
Just checking in on this beatiful Sunday. It is a really nice day here. No humidity, some sun and a light breeze. The prefect day. My weekend has been so-so. Yesterday we went to a civil war renactiment and a craft show. Got some kettle corn. Boy is it good. But I didnt buy any other foods there. They had some sausage sandwiches and philly steak sandwiches. They really looked good. But passed them up. On our way home we stopped at Hardees and I got a grilled chicken sandwhich and a small curly fry. I know the fries are a no-no. But I like the curly fries and I havent had any in 1 1/2 months.
Then today we had a cover dish dinner for our paster. He is retiring. His wife just passed away a couple of months ago. We had it right after church. Boy all the good food. I really dont like these things. But we were the host church. So I almost had to be there. I had to help get things set up. Then we will be getting a new paster the middle of this month. So again we are having a cover dish dinner. But it will be at another church. So maybe I can get out of eating there. Just go for the service. But I figure hubby will want to go eat.
I am going to make tomorrow my new start day with the Battle of the Bulge. After bit I am going to get my measuring cups out, my scales and my tablet to journal. I even got me a new tablet. I am going to lay it right on the kitchen table were I will see it every time I am in the kitchen. Especially were I sit. Then I will have to move it and it will make me think "Oh I have to write down what I eat". So I am going to win this battle.
I just want to say HI to everyone. And I am thinking of each of you. Hope you are all doing well. Having good OP days.
Well I am going to get ready and go for my walk. Havent got it done yet today. So everyone take care. Will check in later.
A TOPS PAL

((((All))) Hope everyone is well....I have one question.....

WHY DID GOD CREATE CHEESE?!!

Thats my downfall...I had some fresh parm on my fat free ceasar salad and on my spaghetti...DANG IT!!!

The weather here in Maine had been so CHILLY!! And windy. Usually this time of year, its in the 80's.Today and all week it has been in the mid 50's. My plants need the sun...sigh. I went for my walk this morning and I almost got blown away! Anxiously awaiting a change in clothes size...I need more patience..LOL...

This June 22, TOPS in Northern Maine is having an all day Motivational workshop..I want to go....

You all are great and I love ya's....

WE CAN DO IT!!!!
