Goodmorning to all. This is going to be a busy week for me. I have one grand-daughters bithday party to go o today and another one tomorrow. We are suppose to have thunder storms both days. Sorry for their birthday partys but we need the rain badly.
I have got most of my exerising done for the day. I may swim some more laps later.
We have started another contest and this one is a group one or team one. maybe they will paticipate better in this one.
I got the idea either from here or TOPS site. Each captain has a jar with some marbles in it. Each marble is worth 1/2 pound. The object is to get our jar emptied into the others first. Very simimlar to the yearly fun jars we have going.
I have told them my theme or mottos for the year are. "Eat less and Move More" and " You will only get out of TOPS what you are willing to put into it"
All chapters have givers and takers. I am trying to get them more involved in supporting each other during the week and not just at the meetings. And not missing meetings.
I have noticed several of us have not been real active here lately. But we all have things we are dealing with and sometimes we just don't feel like posting. But we are always close by and thinking about everyone. This is a special board with many special people.
