Tremendous Tuesday!

Hey all,

Well I broke down and had a candy bar last night. But I didn't have but 2 servings of meat all day. So I think that is what saved me. The extra calories I didn't eat. I got on the scale this morning and I was still down. I want it to budge today though so that I can have a loss this week.
Today is TOM and that is why I was soo hungry yesterday but I didn't give in too badly. Thank god for that. I want to lose not gain.
I am concentrating on doing toning exercises. I know I usually gain when I do that. But at this stage I would rather lose inches and gain a couple lbs then not lose the inches. I have shorts I need to fit into in 3 weeks and the only way I will be doing that is if I lose the inches. So I am really working out hard these days. It is paying off because the measurments are getting smaller which is a good thing. So I can't hope for a huge loss this week with all the strength training I am doing. But at least I am going in the right direction.
We have a fieldtrip today with megan's preschool class. We are going to a museum to their story hour. But it is from 10-noon. It should be fun. They do crafts and such. Then we are going for lunch afterward. I am not looking forward to that part at all. But I will try and be good.
I have to make spaghetti tonight for dinner. We are having the 2 kids here tonight that I am watching on tuesdays now. They will eat dinner with us. I thought spaghetti would be the easiet to make the most of.

You all have a great day. They said it was to rain all day today but so far it is dry. I hope it stays that way.

well good morning all, afternoon. Just went through a class at work to tell what color a person is. They are hoping this will help with confrontation. I was blue. the work shop is called matrix.
Sherri-don't worry about that candy bar. You will work it off. I lost last night. only 1 pound. better than a gain. I have decided to change my thing to give up, to putting up my scale. I have a habit of weighing myself obbessively. I was so mad at myself because I didn't lose as much as I thought. So I did what the weight recorder has been trying to get me to do for a while. Put it away. I also had a cookie today in our class. I plan on working out tonight, and tomorrow, i have my dentist appoint. So i will be able to get some in then. I also figure I will be sleeping a lot when I get home from it.
Well I hope everyone does well this week. And do what you have to do to get the weight off. make those small changes.

Ever have one of those wonderful, everything is perfect in your universe kind of days? Well for no reason other than just because, I am having an awesome day.

Just woke up and knew it would be an awesome day.

My hair turned out when I did it, I am actually blemish free, my shirt matches my pants, these things are all contributing but not the reason for just having an awesome day.

I just feel soooooo good today!!!

I want to send you all some
{{{{{{{{{{{}{{{{{{{{{[vibes}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

And wish you all an awesome day!

Wendy, way to go with the pound! I was blue/green when I did that test. What was your other color?

Sherri, Sounds like you have your eyes on the prize, go for it. I would happily weigh 180 if I could be solid muscle, I don't think the numbers matter nearly as much as muscle tone and physical conditioning. You will be fabulous (and non-jiggely!) in your shorts!

Penny, Thank you for your BFL info!

Have a great day
