Morning ladies!!!!

Hope the day is shining brightly on you. If not outside....deep inside your heart is just as great, if not better!!!!

Marie, you popped in after my post yesterday and it was nice to hear from you. I'm sorry that you had the gain, but you may be right thinking it was the salt. That's one thing I also have to watch for about 3 days before weighin. Glad you were able to stay away from the chocolate. I'm happy that you were able to use the Rededication Pledge. I like it too.

Last nights weigh-in....hhmmmmmm....not good for me or the chapter. All but 2 members gained for a total of 15#'s! Our new yearly weight board that I did in a graph style started off with a big long RED column. Not pretty.....hopefully we will have a black one to go along side it! I lost only 1/4#. My scale looked better before weigh-in, but the TOPS one wasn't as kind. I now have 3.75#'s that I MUST LOSE by next week....or my KOPS status is 'bye-bye'! Where's the Super Glue for the mouth? Maybe Duct Tape would work! I'm not fond of nails, so I won't use them. lol. Any other ideas??????

I hope all you ladies that have meetings tonight get the scale moving in the right direction. It's so hard after Holidays!!!!! [that isn't my excuse tho, we didn't do anything that day, it was all the others...aaggghhhh]. We are all so good about hanging in there.....picking ourselves up, dusting off, and moving onward.....NEVER giving up!!!!

Summer- you hang in there. You can do it. And it might take 2 weeks but you will get there. I know me saying this probably doesn't do much for you. But you can make it. Focus. I generally don't always count everything, I go well a couple of days and old habits fall back, eating usually stays ok, not totally overboard. But I always know that there is room for improvement. So record everything. You can do it. Hang in there it will be ok. And if you don't lose it next week, get it back the next week after that.
Me-I didn't gazelle it yesterday. And I haven't yet today. Plan on it tonight, after haircut, before and after dinner. I stayed totally on plan yesterday. I'm so proud of me. I coun'ted everything. If I were great at the weight watcher things all the time I would do awesome. So I working with that too now. Watching the breads, choosing ww, getting more protein and veggies. I also switched my icecream to the weight watchers deserts, and icecream, and no sugar popscicles. I'm having only one a night. this will cut out about 200 calories from the icecream. I bought 2 kinds so that will last me a while.

Summer,

Congrats on the loss. You can lose the last 3.75 lbs this week. You will have to work very hard. And yes I have another idea besides Nails.LOL How about doing away with your carbs this week like you have done in the past. That along with your exercise should get you back to goal. You have done it in the past you CAN do it again. I know it isn't easy. And it makes it worse to be under this kind of pressure. But girl you have worked way too hard to lose your status now. Get out there and walk or have a date with richard everyday and really watch what you eat. That is a great idea about asking yourself if you really want the food or do you want to keep your kops status. It really makes you think twice. I am one that tends to eat without thinking also. Most of the time when I am just snacking it is out of habit or for no reason. Not because I am truly hungry. Do we all realize that we all eat more in a day then some people get in a year. That is sad. So I know we are not starving ourselves. We are giving our bodies what they need to live. We don't have to stuff ourselves.

I know that since I have started eating so many fresh veggies and the fruit that I am getting stuffed but it is a different feeling of being full. Not like if I get full on protein and carbs. It is hard to describe. But it is like a satisfied feeling. One that I am not used to feeling. It is taking time to get used to feeling full this way. But I know it is a healthy feeling.

Keep up your walking and your determination and you will come out on top girl. I love you girl and I am here with you every step of the way. Good or bad we are in this together.

What can I say girl. I am soooooo proud of you for staying on plan yesterday. That is great that you did it for a whole day. That is a great start to the new week. You will do great this week. I hear you about doing good for awhile then messing up. I do that all the time and I have no idea why I do that. But I am trying so hard not to let that happen this time. It isn't easy I know. I don't know why we do so great then go right backwards. But you didn't go backwards this week. YOU LOST this week which is great. Keep gazzelling it and writing down your food and you will have a great loss. That is great that you are cutting back on your carbs to. I really feel that that is why we gain weight from the carbs we all eat. They are so good so it is hard to resist. But we have to if we are going to make it to goal.
You know what to do. Remember I told you anytime you need help with points girl I am here for you babe. Keep up the great new you and you will be fine. Keep making time for you during the day and you will be a winner also. We will do it. You can do it.

As for me,

I did lose the 1 lb I gained the other day when I ate all the carbs. I got back on track and did great and lost the 1 lb. I hope the tops scale is good to me this week. I have really tried this week. I ate more fresh veggies then I have in my whole life.LOL But I know I am eating healthy and if this is what it takes to get to goal then I will do it. I am sooooo ready to meet my goal this year. I did exercise for 30 min also yesterday morning.
I went to the PT yesterday. Good thing I went. She said my feet are so messed up that that is what is causing everything to be out of alignment. I have very flat feet and wear things in my shoes to prop up my arches but they have to be higher she said. So she put tape on my knee to hold it in place where it should be. The ligament really. So now I have a hard time bending my knee. But we will see if it works. She said I have to wear the tape for a week or so. I have to go get it retaped on monday. It is waterproof thank god so I can still take a shower.LOL Can't do without that.LOL
Tonight we have installation and they do the candle service also and read the rededication poem that summer was telling about. It is a nice ceramony. Then we can officially start things rolling next week. I can't wait. I hope this is going to be a great year.

Good Morning Ladies
Hope everyone is doing ok. The sun is shining here. But is kinda cool. Haven't walked yet today. Not sure if I will walk or ride the bike. Rode the bike yesterday. Have some errends to run this morn. So not sure when I will exercise. But I will do it. Was off program yesterday. Not sure why. But I am going to be back on track today. Will write down everything and make sure I get my water in.

Summer I know I am not a good one to give advice. But maybe if you write down what you eat. And drink an extra glass of water that will help. Or try chewing some sugar free gum when you feel hungry. Maybe that will help.

Shortstack. How's Brandon and KC doing. Good Job for staying on plan yesterday. You are doing great.

Sherri You will do fine for weigh in tonight. You will have a great loss. You are doing awesome. You are going to be a KOPS before you know it. Then just think of all the new clothes that you are going to get to buy. Wont that be great.

I know that I have been window shopping. I have found some outfits that I like. But I'm not going to buy me a new one until I can get it a size smaller. I know that I have my eyeor shirt on layaway. But I know that if I hadn't done that then there wasn't going to be any left. And I wanted one. So I need to get 7 more lbs off before I will be able to get it and wear it. I set a goal of 10 lbs to get it. So one of these days I will get there. And I cant wait.

Hi Ladies
I have a question. On the challenge. I was wondering After I get in and edit my post. Do I hit save changes or reset message. I hit save but then wasn't sure. I don't know too much about this computer stuff. But just thougth I would ask.

How is everyone doing today? I have been OP all day. Am wanting to pick a little now. So another reason I am on here. This always helps me. Even if I don't post. Just to read the threads helps. It is my motivation. And support. I see that you ladies are all doing well. Having losses. And I want that too. I also want my eyeor shirt. Did some walking today. And some biking. Not much of either. At the Kmart and the mall today. I parked further away. And got in some walking that way. You ladies have a good evening. Will check in later.

You hit save changes. You will be able to buy that smaller outfit in no time. Keep up the great work. Congratulations on staying on plan all day. That is what is going to get you to goal. Keep up the great work. One day at a time.

I did great tonight. We had installations. They just make a joke of it. They are not serious at all. But it was done. Not very special. We did light the candles and she read us our duties and that was it.
I was best loser of the week with a 5 lb loss tonight. I am so motivated. I am going to start over again tomorrow. Instead of being off plan all day I will be off plan for dinner only. I am going to do this. It is working. Now to just stick with it.

I had a 1.5# gain. Meeting was super charged. Hopefully it will get better.
After you edit you do save changes. I have to hit the sack I am very tired
