Congrats on the loss. You can lose the last 3.75 lbs this week. You will have to work very hard. And yes I have another idea besides Nails.LOL How about doing away with your carbs this week like you have done in the past. That along with your exercise should get you back to goal. You have done it in the past you CAN do it again. I know it isn't easy. And it makes it worse to be under this kind of pressure. But girl you have worked way too hard to lose your status now. Get out there and walk or have a date with richard everyday and really watch what you eat. That is a great idea about asking yourself if you really want the food or do you want to keep your kops status. It really makes you think twice. I am one that tends to eat without thinking also. Most of the time when I am just snacking it is out of habit or for no reason. Not because I am truly hungry. Do we all realize that we all eat more in a day then some people get in a year. That is sad. So I know we are not starving ourselves. We are giving our bodies what they need to live. We don't have to stuff ourselves.
I know that since I have started eating so many fresh veggies and the fruit that I am getting stuffed but it is a different feeling of being full. Not like if I get full on protein and carbs. It is hard to describe. But it is like a satisfied feeling. One that I am not used to feeling. It is taking time to get used to feeling full this way. But I know it is a healthy feeling.
Keep up your walking and your determination and you will come out on top girl. I love you girl and I am here with you every step of the way. Good or bad we are in this together.

What can I say girl. I am soooooo proud of you for staying on plan yesterday. That is great that you did it for a whole day. That is a great start to the new week. You will do great this week. I hear you about doing good for awhile then messing up. I do that all the time and I have no idea why I do that. But I am trying so hard not to let that happen this time. It isn't easy I know. I don't know why we do so great then go right backwards. But you didn't go backwards this week. YOU LOST this week which is great. Keep gazzelling it and writing down your food and you will have a great loss. That is great that you are cutting back on your carbs to. I really feel that that is why we gain weight from the carbs we all eat. They are so good so it is hard to resist. But we have to if we are going to make it to goal.
You know what to do. Remember I told you anytime you need help with points girl I am here for you babe.

Keep up the great new you and you will be fine. Keep making time for you during the day and you will be a winner also. We will do it. You can do it.
As for me,
I did lose the 1 lb I gained the other day when I ate all the carbs. I got back on track and did great and lost the 1 lb. I hope the tops scale is good to me this week. I have really tried this week. I ate more fresh veggies then I have in my whole life.LOL But I know I am eating healthy and if this is what it takes to get to goal then I will do it. I am sooooo ready to meet my goal this year. I did exercise for 30 min also yesterday morning.
I went to the PT yesterday. Good thing I went. She said my feet are so messed up that that is what is causing everything to be out of alignment. I have very flat feet and wear things in my shoes to prop up my arches but they have to be higher she said. So she put tape on my knee to hold it in place where it should be. The ligament really. So now I have a hard time bending my knee. But we will see if it works. She said I have to wear the tape for a week or so. I have to go get it retaped on monday. It is waterproof thank god so I can still take a shower.LOL Can't do without that.LOL
Tonight we have installation and they do the candle service also and read the rededication poem that summer was telling about. It is a nice ceramony. Then we can officially start things rolling next week. I can't wait. I hope this is going to be a great year.
