Hi all,

Is everyone ready for the big day tomorrow? What is everyone doing tomorrow?
I am cooking here. We are having a pork roast with mashed potatoes and cabbage. I can't have carrots on the SB plan and I love cabbage and so doesn't my husband so we are having that instead. I wanted a spiral ham but they didn't have any. So I will settle for the pork roast. I haven't had one of those in a while anyway so it should taste great. I will have a regular meal tomorrow instead of just a salad.

I did great today. I went to dunkin doughnuts and while the kids were eating doughtnuts and my brother and his wife downed a sandwich. I sat there and visited. It really didn't bother me too much to be there and not eat. I was so proud of me. I can't keep gaining every week. If I would have given in then it wouldn't have brought me any closer to goal that is for sure. Then they had free friehoffers choc. chip cookies and I walked away from them. I really wanted some but I didn't. I am determined to stay on plan.
Tomorrow will be hard. We are going to my brothers for breakfast in the morning. I told them not to be offended when I bring my own milk and measured out oatmeal. I have cut back the oatmeal to 1 serving instead of 2. Then I still have my egg. There will be a lot of tempting things to eat tomorrow but I will try my hardest to stay on track.
I have been trying to keep away from the candy my daughter has been getting.
I took her and her friend to 2 easter egg hunts today. They had a great time. They got to be outside all day today. It was beautiful here today it got up to 61 degrees so that is great.

Well I have to go fill plastic easter eggs. Megan loves her dog and my husband had a great idea to leave her a note tomorrow morning and save one color of eggs for the dog and put dog food in them. She will love it. She has to tell her dog everything and show her everything that she gets. It is so funny. It will be fun.

Everyone have a great easter tomorrow and remember we are working towards a goal here ladies. Lets not forget that when we are chowing down tomorrow. We can eat sensible and visit and have a great time without overdoing it. I have to keep telling myself that one. I will let you all know tomorrow how I did at the breakfast.

Oh, I love Easter!

We are having Paska and eggs for breakfast, ham and scallop potatoes, broccoli. squash, beans, corn and potato bread for dinner. Yum, I can hardly wait!!

The Easter Bunny is bringing chocolate here but not a lot. Seems he filled the basket with Polly Pocket toys and books rather than a lot of candy. One big bunny and a few eggs, hope my DD is not disappointed. I don't think she will be, she adores Polly Pockets. There is also a couple of funky Easter tree ornaments in there that should please her mightily.

I blew it yesterday, made tortelli and cream sauce with lots of cheese, it came out of the oven and bam, I was a goner. That darn cheese, it gets me every time. But I was back on track today and can finally breath again so I have resumed running, Yay!
