Default Saturday

Good morning all It is a cloudy dark day today. We will probably get some rain soon
I just ordered the new Richard Simmons tapes. Blast-off. There are 3 of them with newer music. Mine are all the old one except for one. And it is too hard for me plus the camera man really liked the skinny blonde. These are suppose to be shorter but better. Some of them look just like dance routines. But I am getting bored with same ones
Well this is my day to catch up on everything I let slide all week. And since I hate housework I better get at it or I will find a way to get out of it.

That is great that you ordered the new tape. That way you won't get bored with your routine. Great idea. I hope the new tapes work for you.
Get cleaning lady.

I had the stomach bug all day yesterday. I did do my 1 hour workout that I committed to though. So I was glad about that. I am much better today though. But my stomach still isn't settled yet. I have to go exercise this morning to get in my miles.LOL The scale was down 5 lbs this morning but I know it is only water weight because I didn't eat yesterday. So I know I get some of it back when I start eating. I just had my oatmeal for the day and we will see what happens with that.
Not much else going on here today. Just housecleaning and changing beds and all today. The usual saturday stuff. I am going to have a great week this week. I just know it. I am staying on plan also.
I agree with what wendy read. That if you weigh and measure and keep track of what you eat then you will lose. It works for me every time. Each week that I don't do that I have a gain always. So that is why I am back to counting points and weighing and measuring. And see it worked. I had a loss this last week. So I am off again to weigh and measure things. You have to do what works for you and stick with it.

Have a great day on plan. To all those that are in the challanges don't let the weekend slide by without committing to those goals you set.

We can do this. I think it is a great idea to total our losses together. It would seem great to see what we can lose as a team.

Good afternoon, everything going well here. I walked 1.5 miles today, and plan on doing it again. I have to make up for yesterday, we didn't get home til late. I've been on this thing off and on all day. Finding new stuff. I did make my cookie dough with the healthy choice fat subsitute, and splenda. I couldn't do splenda with the peanut butter ones. They are a little soft, trying to refrig. them some to see if that works. I've gotta get my program ready for mon. So you all take care, and I'll be back
